STAY AWAY! Or prepare for spam calls.
Since i left because another company gave me better price they have called me 5 times atleast to ask the same question.

"Why did you leave? Did you get a better price or did we do something?"
First time I told the truth and told them why, second time i found it strange and told the caller that they had already asked that. But still told them why.

Third time I got more frustrated and just told them off and said they already asked me. 4th time I asked them to stop calling me and they said they would get me out of their system.

Today the 5th time I got angry I told them again that it was the 5th time I told them I had already asked them to stop. Their excuse was first that all companies do it (I don't care I asked them to stop so they should stop. And since I have left another company before and still did not get harassed by them after I doubt it.), then they said they have different offices so they don't know the others have called. Again I don't care why they call me several times i asked them to stop atleast 3 times and they don't stop.

If they answer this post with a "please contact our support to solve the issue" that is still not a reasonable way to solve their issue. I have asked them to stop already why do I have to make contact again to make them stop.

Fortum and Lowell are scammers. They ignored me for two months while I tried to fix their billing error. I was lied to by "Ali" and "Ella," who promised to help and then simply stopped responding while the debt collection fees from Lowell kept rising.

​They waste your time and energy on purpose, hoping you will get scared and pay their fake invoices. I spent hours of my life fighting them. I only won because I stood firm and officially reported them to Elklagenemnda (Case 2026-0053) and Finansklagenemnda (Ref. 202603153).

​The moment they saw the legal case numbers, they suddenly "fixed" the mistake. It is a calculated scam. If you are an immigrant or someone who doesn't know the system, they will prey on you. DO NOT PAY. Report them to the authorities immediately. Karma will find this evil company.

Only negative size was that i did'n quite andestod the agreement. We had so bissy to get elektrisity.

Friendly dealer in phone. First survey the electric consuption is distributed. Wide and clear description of different alternatives.

Jeg har sagt opp abonnementet mitt, fikk en regning det sto oppgjør på, betalte den og regnet med at jeg var ferdig. Så kom en ny regning som sier at dette var for strømmen på en halv måned i februar.. som var på nesten 4000 kr.. Jeg informerte om et jeg ikke bodde der i den perioden og hvordan strømmen var så høy, men da fikk jeg beskjed om at det ikke var han sitt problem..
Hold dere unna dette selskapet! Jeg prøvde å logge meg inn på mine sider, men der hadde jeg ikke tilgang siden jeg ikke hadde avtale lenger. Det står heller ikke spesifisert på regningen på hvor mye strøm som er brukt i perioden de hevder regningen kommer fra..

Paluu takaisin Fortumiin asiakkaaksi. Vuoden harharetken jälkeen palasin kuin muuttolintu takaisin Fortumille halvemman sähkön pariin.

I'm not happy for Fortum's lost billions in Russia. Finland should build at least one more nuclear power planr or several smaller ones.

Mitä olen kuullut niin tämä sähköyhtiö on suosittu. Kiinteähintainen sopimus, ei paha hinta. Sähkön hintojakin kokoajan vertaillaan, minullakin tämä harkinnassa, koska Fortum nyt on monen mieleen, skandinaavisesti. Sari ihlberg

Kyllä meni vellit ja puurot niin sekaisin,ymmärtää pitää jos ihminen 2 päivää töissä?Luulisi että Fortumilla suurena yhtiönä olisi varaa perehdyttämiseen/istuttaa tuki henkilöä vieressä?Sähkön muutos ilmoitus kesti puhelimitse yli tunnin?
