Its now well over two weeks and they will not respond to my question as to where my order is, either by two emails or by phone where a request to contact me was lodged. I will try to get my money back. Be very, very cautious with any dealings.

Seems like all of their reviews are over 12-18mths old, I am not sure what is happening. Their 1300 number is disconnected, they are not answering their mobile number or whatsapp. Can not get any reply for the last 3 days on the status of my order or delivery (They quoted 2 days - but nothing heard....

Are they still in business ?

I purchased the Shooting Table Soft Box Lighting Set 60cm x 130cm and a large ring light and was am so happy with the products, quality and their service. Prices were great compared to the current market also, which is great as a small business owner!

Giving one star is to much..
Pathetic company and couldn't care less about customers..
They will send you order when they are ready so if you need a Quick delivery go elsewhere..
They have ignored most of my emails asking to return a product I had to buy because they didn't ship my order until a week later......

Fotogenic has a great range at good prices, and consistent customer service. Always happy to buy there, only reason not to is that they don't stock the high-end expensive pro gear.

Haven't used them for a while but past experiences have been very good. If there is a problem with a product, they are very quick to rectify it. Good range of products at competitive prices

A great source for reasonably priced photography work equipment and supplies.

Gear received in good order and on time. Service good. Only criticism is that the Fotogenic gear comes with soft cases that are not very strong and not quite the right size. Zippers are pretty fragile and straps part company with the bag. I understand that this is budget gear and can not be treated the same way as your old red-head kit or Dedo lites, but cases, even soft ones, are essential moving kit around. Otherwise, if your gentle with the lighting kit it will do its job reliably.

Cheap junk imported from china. Softbox is poor construction and will fail after only a few uses. Dont waste your time or money
