I'm based in Dubai and I'm a Senior Recruiter myself searching for job.
I received call from explaining their history and reputation(previous name monster) and gave me glimpse that if i search regular way, I will be among the hundreds of application and hiring managers will hardly get chance to check my applicaiton. So, their service as per their explanation was my application will be directly be sent to hiring manager so that he can review it for sure.
Also during the call, I was told that as soon as i subscribed, i will be getting multiple recommendations and calls within a week.
They asked me to subscribe in the same call for this service, however when I subscribed, the wording says "CV highlighter" service only.
Now I waited for 2 weeks, no calls and no recommendations. when i enquired on email and whatsapp, no response. On email after 3 weeks they responded but they changed the speech that they don't send my application to hiring manager which I questioned about their misrepresentation and asked for proofs what service are they providing since i have not received any calls or recommendations. Because on other free platforms, atleast i was getting job recommendations, for my profile which was lacking with FOundit.
After 2 more follow ups, when i raised official compalint with all their channels, the real drama started; there is an executive from foundit will call me as customer service executive about my complaint. She will give impression that she will investigate abouy my calls with them and give me some solution.
Apparently, nothing happens and after my follow up in couple of days, she says there is nothing as such they promised in call and refund is not possible. But, no response on any proofs because I did not receive any service for the money I paid.

i understood, this is all scripted and they give you impression that they are doing some serious work which actually not the case.
FOUNDIT doesn't have ability to even provide job recommendations to my profile like free portals.

This is seriously corporate scam of misrepresentation and looting money from job seekers.

I hope some authorities will take action on them so that no other people will get cheated.

Never believe them. They say that they will circulate your CV in companies. However, they just adjust CV. Even they make the new CV very overrated and exaggerating that it is risky and wrong to use it. When you ask for the service you paid for (circulating CV according to their relations as I understand), I get no convincing answer. Also their prices in gulf are too high. You will pay too much money for literally nothing. If they call you, just never believe them.

I am writing this to warn my professional network and the global recruitment community about the fraudulent practices currently being operated by Foundit (formerly Monster). After 60+ days of being ghosted and robbed of $594, I am exposing their "Premium Service" for what it truly is: a job-scraping scheme disguised as professional career assistance.
The Modus Operandi: How the Scam Works
Foundit targets senior professionals looking for international roles (SG, HK, Gulf). They promise "exclusive access" and "senior recruiter visibility." In reality, they simply scrape public job boards job listings, and that too, expired and outdated ones. For Singapore, they provide links to MyCareerFuture—a portal strictly restricted to local citizens—rendering the "premium access" you paid for completely useless. They promise you some sort of special visibility to recruiters and employers, directly skipping the regular hiring process, which is just wordplay with no concrete working to show for it.
The Cast of Characters (The "Ghosting" Chain):
If you are approached by any of the following individuals, exercise extreme caution. They operate in a relay race of misinformation:
• Manish Nanda “The Bait”: The architect of the initial lie. Manish excels at overselling "instant opportunities" and "existing recruiter queries." Once the payment is processed, he vanishes. He stayed active just long enough to lock me into two regions before disappearing into the shadows.
• Komal Jain “The Deflector”: When I raised formal technical complaints, Komal appeared to "take notice." However, the moment I provided documented proof that their job links were non-functional for international candidates, she ceased all communication.
• Imran Ali “The Enforcer” : The Senior Account Manager who only surfaces when you demand a refund. His sole function is to weaponize the "No Refund Policy" to protect the money they took under false pretenses. He offers zero solutions, only legalistic stonewalling.
• Rajeev Ranjan “The Time-Waster”: A junior manager assigned to "manage" the frustration. Rajeev’s job is to keep you hooked with promises of "corrective measures" that never happen and "meetings with senior management" that are never scheduled. He is the human embodiment of a delay tactic.
The Technical Reality
Foundit has zero technical expertise in international recruitment. They are charging hundreds of dollars for information you can find on Google for free. When their platform fails to deliver, they hide behind a "digital product" clause to refuse refunds.
To Foundit Leadership: This is no longer a private grievance. You have my $470, but you are losing your brand's integrity. I have documented every broken promise and every ghosted email.
My demand remains simple: A full refund for the non-delivered APAC services and the promised balance for the Gulf portal. Professionals: Do not let the "Monster" legacy fool you. Foundit is a shell of a recruitment firm, operating a pay-to-play scam. Please share this to save others from the same financial loss from these Monsters.

Please don't choose service from them. They are money oriented. Not getting the service what they accepted. Resume writing was good. After that, nothing worked. Relationship manager is highly useless. Got response that he will call me back soon. Very worst response. They are not returning money within 1 week if not satisfied. Be away from foundit. Less customer focused. Wastage of money

To me also called saying calling from Found IT and Raju N raju.n foundit.ai asking to pay 238$, but that MF does not know i am Grand Father of such Scammer. I was eaten up his time.

calling me pretending that they are helping me to find me a good job match ask me questions on what i want, then they tell me that the competition is fierce and guide me to a paying feature 200sgd to highlight my profile. WEBSITE FULL OF BUGS + MISLEADING EMPLOYEES ...

Totally useless. Their marketing lady called and sweet-talked me to pay 285$ for CV and auto application posting.

They got my details and sent me a CV with inaccurate details and I had to send it back to them neatly done. They added colors and formats. That's about it.

No calls, no response, no updates .... nothing. The lady who rushed me to pay never responded to my messages or emails.

Total scammers.
After a year they are sending me reminders to update my CV and pay for renewal

This organization is a scam. They take money out of you bankaccount by misleading you. Do not use this organization it is fraudulent

Foundit Support representatives often call to ask for money, which is unprofessional and unethical.
Instead of providing genuine assistance, the focus seems to be on marketing emails rather than resolving user concern

Foundit, now known as FraudIt, cheated so many job seekers after making payments for job seeker services. Many users have reported that after paying for services, they received little to no assistance in their job search. Complaints include irrelevant job matches, spammy marketing emails, and unhelpful customer service.
Some users have even accused the platform of deceptive practices, such as hiding charges in the terms and conditions and making unauthorized deductions from their accounts. Despite these issues, the company continues to operate, leaving many job seekers frustrated and feeling scammed.

This fraudit and their delegates only scam people to earn money. I have paid them 4 months back as Premium services RM 1329 and still there is no feedback and kind of no communications.

Please avoid them and spread the news so that people can be safe from their cheat.

I have also attached all the communications and proof of payment including voice call.

Foundit is a scam. Today 24 Sep 2024 I had correspondence with them about their deceptive website and they claim they are legitimate. I wanted to check 'one' telephone number and their hidden small writing deducted me for a months service around 33 GBP. Don't even link to this site. They are deceptive and dishonest. And I also did not get my search result.

I used to get some good references think even jobs from monster.sg, so I thought I’d give Foundit a try for my latest job hunting. But IT WAS HORRIBLE.

The emails they sent me regarding suitable jobs were wrong matches half of the time, and the other half of the time they were irrelevant marketing mails. And the few times their agents called (from India, could tell from the country code), those were either for the wrong jobs or contract-only.

I doubt it’s become a fraud company, but the management (which I assume has changed) is doing a terrible job. It’s turned a somewhat usable job site to a spammy, scammy site that does nothing but waste my time that would be better spent on other sites/jobs. If you don’t have a profile here, don’t bother. If you have one, might be a good idea to close it if you dislike irrelevant mails and calls.

totally nonsense website I will not recommend anyone to follow them and give them any money. They are big times scammers and they are fraudulent People.

I am writing a negative review about Foundit India's resume writing and LinkedIn makeover services. While they advertise these services, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered:

Unfulfilled Promises: Despite paying for the services, I haven't received my updated resume or any progress on my LinkedIn makeover after a month. There has been a complete lack of communication and updates.
Non-Responsive Customer Service: Attempts to reach Foundit about the delay have been unsuccessful. They haven't responded to emails or calls, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.
Poor Job Portal Service: In addition to the specific service issues, I found Foundit's overall job portal to be lacking.
Overall, my experience with Foundit India has been extremely negative. They failed to deliver on their promises, and their customer service has been unresponsive. I would strongly advise anyone considering their resume or LinkedIn services to look elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.

Featured profile assistance is for the visibility of the profile. I have taken the services 4 months from Mr Mohammad for founditgulf.com and I received no calls from the first 2 months of purchase.

Now, I have finalized an offer in the AVP level role through foundit.

They will help with your CV and Linkedin and after that you'll get 0 response or assistance from them, although during the sales pitch they will insist that they know lots of leads and will assist you, thats total BS
