Customer service is excellent. They went out of their way to help me resolve an issue and I’m so glad. Personal service and very easy to contact with prompt, professional replies. Foundr have a good reputation and now I know why.

I signed up for a 14- day trial and at the end of it, they automatically upgraded my subscription and charged my credit card $99 USD. They did however email me to rectify this, so have amended my review to 2 stars :)

I cannot praise this company enough. The value for money is insane. I have taken so many courses in e-comm from many experts, most of which are more expensive. With Foundr, all the education and courses you could possibly need for e-commerce are at your fingertips. Whether you are a freelancer servicing e-comm brands or looking to build your own business, you'll get what you need and more. Literally the best investment.

I had a great experience with Foundr and their customer support team. I initially had an issue accessing some courses I had already purchased, and they responded quickly and professionally.
They escalated the issue right away, kept me updated, and resolved everything smoothly. On top of that, they were incredibly generous and offered me a full 1-year complimentary subscription to Foundr+ (an access to all their courses), which I truly appreciated.
Overall, the service was fast, kind, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to find such supportive and customer-focused service these days. Highly recommended!

Foundr's customer service is exceptional! I was taken good care of when I was experiencing some tech issues that were resolved in a short while. I am a Foundr customer for 2 years now. I just renewed my Foundr+ subscription for 2 additional years.
The quality of the courses is bluffing, probably the very best in Ecommerce in the world. All the courses are very well made, fully practical and easy to follow. Also there are a lot of bonuses available to launch your business, whatever is the location (I live in France) or the field.
Following the advices, I started one online business in 2025 and plan to start 2 new online businesses in 2026.
Also the Customer Success Team is wonderful and always available to help you if you have questions. It is so important to have such support with online courses.
I can not recommand enough Foundr if you entend to launch an ecommerce business.
