I am so impressed with this product and the customer service they provide!!! My symptoms have subsided since I started using the products. Customer service is available 24hrs!! I had a question on a weekend and got an answer back within 3 mins. The cost I pay for HRT is worth it. The medical industry would not run my bloodwork for HRT but would push the chemical estrogen patch ( which causes breast cancer) and a chemical laden cream that burned me! They want me to remain sick by giving me cancer causing meds. I wanted something natural, plant based. I found HRT and am so glad I did! The Doctors are so helpful and very supportive of my situation. I have received great advice on application methods to try and they do the follow up blood tests to measure my hormones every couple weeks. I can tell it’s working and my vagina health has improved tremendously. I would highly recommend this company for anyone struggling with pre or post menopause issues.

Feels normal again. I am so glad I found this company.I have to say I hate my gyno and looking for a new one. I understand is part of aging but why feel miserable when is so much help from this site. My female gyno couldn't figure out my symptoms but fountain did.This is real and customer service is awesome.

First off I want to respond to a review I just saw about someone who gave a 1 star review claiming it’s fraud. There always is one… right. Who regretted their purchase and maybe just wanted their money back. I don’t know. What I do know is this…. From the start my labs were ordered and 3 days later I had my blood drawn at the nearest scheduled Queat location here in Simi Valley. Everything was confirmed and I paid nothing more than the initial $35 when scheduling. Labs done and before the end of the business week my results were uploaded. While at Quest drawing my blood I got confused on the process tried to call them but was only able to find a messaging number.
Instantly just as soon as I sent my questions I received a response from a live person. They walked me through the next steps putting my heart at ease and helped me pre schedule my intake phone consult for the following Monday.
Had the phone consult got my lab results and was given the appropriate medication for my menopause. Within 5 business days my prescription creams and Progesterone were delivered to my door. Which led me to have more questions just wanting to make sure I applied the creams and took the Progesterone correctly so I sent another quick message to the same number and instantly again the response was so quick. The answers and directions thoroughly given I began my HRT treatment.
I am disabled veteran and in full menopause, I could tell you I struggled since my peri menopause for several years and to get any type of good treatment for me from the VA was hit and miss. It’s like we’re just numbers and they just push us along and giving us as little as possible. I received only 10 MG of progesterone without doing labs and without caring about how I’m feeling day-to-day… bottom line I ended up crashing so hard. I had no energy. I’d wake up nauseous totally exhausted and the hot flashes hit me so hard that honestly thought I was dying miserably to say the least I was just present enough to say I was alive. But now within three days, my hot flashes were gone and to be honest after my second night on the progesterone (25mg) I slept good meaning I woke up with some energy… energy that I haven’t had for like four years. Then I just recently reached out again at the same messaging number explaining that I was going on my cruise and that I’m actually leaving October 31 and was concerned that my new treatment cream and progesterone pills may run out while I’m on my cruise, it is a two week transatlantic Cruise. And just as before instantly I got a response that they were forwarding my message to the appropriate team to ensure that I got my prescriptions in time and I literally just an hour ago got my notification that they were already shipped my next medication‘s for next month will arrive in time for my trip so I won’t run out then I won’t have to miss a day or go without the HRT treatment that is making a difference in my life… And guess what? they didn’t wait for their billing. That’s right. Any other company would be like OK well we need you to pay for your script for next month so that we can send them they just sent them. They will bill me regularly as I was set up to be billed.I don’t know what to say except I may owe the comfort of my life to this company and when I read that one star review from that person like I said, there’s always one isn’t there in the group! Even just the wording in their review sounds bitter and if they want to slander a company for whatever reason that’s on them, but I will say this, and I will sign my name on this I love this company. I love their workers. I love their staff I love their doctors and their medication is working and I cannot wait until the end of December when I will be at my third month to see how well and how far I’ve come I was given a new chance at resetting my life with my hormones as they were off the chart shoots they were depleted…. and now I’m becoming more balanced. I’m getting there. I still have my diet and exercise to adjust but I’m getting there. It hasn’t been quite a full month yet either, and yet still I already feel 100 times better then what I did before the treatment. Still tired but not like before. Each day as I’m on my treatment I am getting closer to being reset. The VA didn’t help me. But this company did! I am so glad I inquired from the instagram ad I saw come across my page. Fountain HRT is a lifesaver. Definitely helped me get my life back. I highly recommend. My peri/menopause symptoms have all but disappeared. Beyond my expectations.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! They have no idea what they are doing! I have been out for almost 4 weeks and they literally tried gaslighting me telling me I wasn't. Then when sharing side effects Im told oh your just in menopause....um no! I still have 100% regular cycles and my labs don't not indicate that either....so apparently if you experience side effects it's now called menopause🙄🙄I was told they would follow up with me 4 weeks later due to side effects and that never happened either....then today they want to send my stuff after I've been out for 4 weeks and even told me to to do my labs....what for?! I haven't been taking anything since you decided to gaslight me about being out....what a freaking joke. This ad is exactly what you are going to experience men that have no clue what they are talking about. Save yourselves some time and money and find REAL doctors. These people do not care about you at all Good luck getting a really person to talk to you. I was literally sent a link to schedule an appointment to talk to someone

FountainHRT has changed my sleep. I didn’t realize how long my sleep had been bad. I always thought it was because I was this or that, not that my hormones were off and that was effecting it. My best girlfriend found FountainHRT and really pushed me to signup. My sleep seemed to transfer in a few weeks. I have a ring that tracks your sleep date and I am in the high 80’s- to mid 90’s. Before HRT i was often in the 40-high 60’s. When I say it’s life changing, it’s life changing.
I would recommend to anyone.

I'm 43 and needed help and guidance with perimenopause HRT. This company is great. Prompt responses via their text line for all of my questions. Video visits with providers that explain everything and really listen. Prompt delivery of quality hormones. They make sure blood tests are done to monitor. I felt safe and cared for with this company. Easy to cancel if needed.

The cost per year is worth the money from peri menopause through menopause. It has changed my life. I went from daily ongoing palpitations, night sweats, frequent urination, dark thoughts, anger and reactive back to my old self. I feel lighter, happier it saved my relationships and changed my life. I tell all of my girlfriends about this program.

UPDATE ****After seeing my review the clinical team at Fountain HRT reached out to me to apologize and addressed my concerns. I am hopeful moving forward that the issues will be resolved and I have been given specific people to contact which is so helpful. I'm going to stay with them because I appreciate their professional response to these issues. The mark of a good business is not the issues customers experience but how they handle them. Find a local doctor. You can't trust them. Initial video and phone call was great so I signed up for $499. Then my cream medication marked as do not expose to heat was left on my porch in the Texas sun with no thermal protective packing from their chosen pharmacy. Via text I was told it was fine. Just had follow up labs and there were no appointments for over two weeks. Then they gave me an appointment for 12:30 today and guess what, no link or email for call and if I try to reschedule today it's another 2 weeks. You can't call them. Only text with slow response or email. My husband signed up too but looks like we won't be renewing. This company either can't handle the volume of clients they are taking on or don't care. Either way it's deplorable because it involves someone's health!

Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional company with the slowest service and rude provider. I have been waiting no only for initial call for weeks
I have never received my hormones. It’s simply a scam who will take you money right away and you will never receive anything. It’s basically a fraud do not conduct business with them.

Ive been on HRT with my OBGYN for over a year. Nothing was helping and I felt like I was being ignored by him. I stopped paying 250.00 a month for my medication and 200.00 per visit and ran to FOUNTAIN! The process was so easy. It took no time at all to get my blood test results and schedule with the physician. The physician helped me more in the first 15 mins then my OBGYN did over an entire year. I feel like Im now in control of my health instead of the other way around. Im making the decisions for me. I just recieved my new meds and im so excited to be on the correct dose and improve my life. Thank you FOUNTAIN!

I started hormone replacement therapy with this company, and just three days after starting, had a terrible breakout of acne, which has never been a problem for me. I submitted a text message to the company number that was given to me and I requested to cancel. Now it has been three weeks, and the company has taken another $199 from my account and sent me another bottle of progesterone which again, I requested to cancel.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. They are very caring and so quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I was a little skeptical about using an on-line provider but they have completely exceeded my expectations. I wrote to them about my dosage and some symptoms I was having. It was addressed, sent to the appropriate department, and I had a new prescription ordered within a few hours. Can’t recommend them enough. So grateful I found them.

I was at a loss on sudden weight gain with continued efforts to exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. I was getting nowhere and beyond frustrated! I took a leap after seeing ads for Fountain. I can tell you it is the best thing I have ever done. The constant bloodwork and monitoring has proved successful. I was estrogen dominant as suspected. I was still having a cycle at 56. I was cranky and I was tired. We tweaked dosages of HRT and continued to strive for feeling great! We found it! I feel great! I look great! I am very thankful for all the help, knowledge and care that I have received from all providers at Fountain! Thank you!

My name is Teresa and I’m 58 years old. Menopause has hit me so hard that I thought I was loosing my mind. My brain fog, hot flashes and insomnia were turning me into someone I didn’t recognized. I contact FountainHRT and after my first consultation and blood work done I was able to get on the medicine and dosage that was perfect for me. It has only been a month and I am so happy, I have NO MORE hot flashes, I am sleeping through the night and my mind is clear. I’m also getting my energy back to do the things I couldn’t do before. I found Fountain HRT at a very desperate time in my life. While scrolling across Facebook one day a video pops up with a list of signs and symptoms. I had every single one. I had been looking into HRT for months but didn’t feel like anything would make a dent in how I felt, but, I was willing to give it a try. Like most women my GP offered birth control which I made clear I did not want. The process to get seen with Fountain HRT was incredibly easy and low cost. I was scheduled for labs quickly and then a week later I was seen by the NP. I’m between that time they have an explanation video that put my mind at ease and helped me understand what was happening with my body. I felt hopeful for the first time in years. I wanted to cry because of how I felt but I was also so angry that this simple concept of women’s biological processes are entirely ignored by the majority of the medical industry.

Once my labs came back it was obvious that I had some serious deficiencies that needed to be addressed. It was difficult to wait an entire week to discuss this with Fountain’s medical team. If I had any criticisms it would be that this time between contacting them, labs, and first appointment is too long for a person who is in such terrible shape. It’s not an emergency, but all we have done is wait to feel better and it’s almost unbearable.

I made it through that week with many thoughts of what my labs meant. Once I finally was able to speak to the NP again I was put at ease. She listened to my concerns and assured me that this would help and with time I would get back to normal. At the time I didn’t even know what normal was like anymore.

For anyone who believes there is some instant fix for this I regret to inform you that this is a process and it takes time. You have to stick with it. I had a lot of issues that were preventing me from living life and feeling good. After a month on HRT I did not feel better, and I became quite apathetic. I contacted them and was assured that it was normal and my body was adjusting to treatment. I gave it more time and slowly began feeling better. First my energy improved and with that my mood. My cycle was a little wacky on HRT but overall all the pain I was experiencing before HRT no longer was an issue. After about 3 months I felt like a different person. My labs were proof of how much a difference HRT can make. I was getting closer to an optimal range, of course it wasn’t perfect yet but the difference in labs produced a massive change in my mind and body.

Insurance will not cover this and you will have to pay out of pocket. That is not Fountain HRT’s problem, this is a massive flaw with our medical industry in the US.

The best advice I can give to women considering HRT is to start asap and be patient. A better, happier, livelier you is in there but you’ve got to coax her out. Focus on yourself, nourishment, and exercise while waiting to feel the full effects. One day you’ll wake up with what feels like a better, more optimized body. If you’re in the thick of it now and feel like there’s no hope for you don’t give up on yourself.

I’m so thrilled that I feel so much better! I was so hesitant for years to do HRT because of all the negative research for so many years. But after doing some of my own research on new studies in HRT and the benefits and protections provided I was guided by Josh and his team and am so happy that I did! As a nurse, it’s mind boggling how much traditional medicine doesn’t know or teach about Perimenopause as well as Menopause! It’s beyond refreshing I found someone who listened to me and my symptoms and helped give me a plan to being my best self ! Thanks again to Josh and his team for making it easy and supportive!

Good interview but I can get the estrogen and progesterone through my insurance for 146.00 for 6 months supply. I only wanted the testosterone. They wouldn’t prescribe only testosterone. I would have to pay over $1200.00 for all. Who in their right mind would do that? I asked of if I could just buy testosterone since that is what they push on their ad but nope.

Feel like I'm in my 20s again! This was the first doctor to take my symptoms seriously and investigate my bloodwork. They explained how my hormone levels correlated with my symptoms, and recommended HRT. They answered all my concerns about side effects and even let me try a lower dose due to a past history of being sensitive to medication. They help me book all my bloodwork appointments and ship my medicine directly to me. It couldn't be more convenient or informative! This service has seriously been life changing!

Edited: Josh personally reached out to apologize for the confusion around lab work and the ensuing miscommunication. I was set up with an appointment the second my results were in, and I’m relieved both that someone is actually listening to me regarding perimenopause symptoms and to be starting treatment.

The NP very patiently walked me through my results making sure to pause frequently and ask if I had questions. She put in extra effort to be sure I understood the treatment plan and to walk me through next steps.

Thank you to Josh & the customer service team for being willing to quickly jump in and get things moving. 15/10 response when a problem arose.

I was set up with an appointment at Labcorp to have blood drawn. At the front desk, they asked if I had a copy of the lab order. I did not as I wasn’t given one. They asked me if it was an order from (name of organization) and I said yes, just assuming Fountain would have at least communicated the order to the lab. In looking at my Labcorp portal, they had not - the order was never sent, and now I’ve wasted time having blood drawn that I am probably going to have to pay for out of pocket. 0/5, do not recommend.
