Absolutely no communication! After discovering two emails in my junk folder, one confirming my order, the other immediately cancelling it and triggering a refund, and a little useless conversation on messenger, nothing! I tried phoning but as the hold music was a Christmas carol I didn't hold out much hope! Had to resolve it through PayPal but could have done without the hassle! This was on 17th of March, I received my refund on 8th April! Beware!

I ordered from them on 16 dec. I was not sent any information on when my purchase would arrive. I went on line on 27th to find out when it might arrive to see that they would be closed until 5th Jan. I chased up on 5th Jan. Package did not arrive until the end of the week.
