Not worthy of a star rating. DO NOT use this company, they are scammers, take your money and send no gift! Customer service is none existent. Don't waste your money or time, use a reputable company

I would put a lower star if I had the option!!!
Recently ordered a product from this company, the box came with NO necklace in it.
I have emailed the company but no one has replied as yet ,to either a replacement or my money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

What a rubbish company no wonder it's only got one star. If I could give it less I would.
Ordered a gift for my daughters birthday never arrived after two weeks, still no refund, sent over 10 email's with little or no reply avoid them at all costs

If you’re thinking of using this company please save yourself a lot of inconvenience and spend your money elsewhere.i ordered a personalised bunny which never arrived,they sent automated response confirming lost in transit and promised to send immediate replacement BUT they didn’t!What they did do was send my the tracking information of the lost Bunny then ignored every other email sent,kept my money.How do companies like this get away with treating customers like this.Total joke!

No contact phone number. No progression of order. 2 emails of apology with absolutely nothing happening. I have asked for a refund. Not happened. If you are reading this family precious gifts SORT YOUR ACT OUT. Poor service. I will be contacting bank for refund on the basis of not receiving goods.

I ordered a bunny the stitching opened within 2 days and the tail came straight off. I emailed and was told a replacement bunny would he sent and I am still chasing over 3 weeks later. Such poor customer service!

My opinion is this company is managed extremely poorly. I ordered 2 personalised rabbits for my grandchildren, the first order they say Yodel lost and the second order arrived but the writing is coming off on one of the rabbits. I reached out to them several times by email and also Facebook messenger and have received zero response.. I would hate to see anyone else go through what I have and waste your money. I feel I have been taken advantage of and this company refuses to reply but quick enough to take money.
