I am really impressed with the assistance from FPSG. In particular Isla Thomson who kept in touch with messages and excellent advice! She is truly an exceptional asset to FPSG.

Have been contacted by a representative about jobs in the localisation/customer service industries. Very forthcoming, friendly and professional, my case was very quickly resolved and I got the job pretty much immediately. Handling of required documentation, additional questions etc. has been very prompt, thorough and uncomplicated, by both the representative who contacted me and other staff I had contact with during the process. And I actually have better pay with FPSG than my coworkers at the company do (which is also very fun to be at)! Very happy and genuinely grateful that they contacted me, couldn't have gone better for me at that point in my life.
