I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Fragrance Revolution Boutique. From the moment I placed my order, the level of care and personal attention was exceptional. Diana made the whole experience feel thoughtful and genuinely customer-focused, which is so rare these days.

My sample perfumes arrived incredibly quickly, beautifully packaged, and it was obvious that every detail had been considered. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and truly passionate about helping customers find the right fragrance.

For me, being able to try samples before investing in a full-size bottle is incredibly important. Fragrance is such a personal choice, and this boutique makes that process effortless and enjoyable. I’ve already discovered fragrances I never would have considered otherwise.

SCAM ALERT! The first red flag is that the only payment option is by giving access to your bank account through a payment service called "Wallid". This means you can't pay through Paypal and there is no buyer protection.
The postage that I paid for was not used, instead, someone gained entry into my building, bypassing the security door and dropped the parcel through my letterbox! But what's worse is of course that the fragrances are fakes. I tried to report the company to my bank but no use because it's not a protected payment option. I tried to ask for my money back but the company denies everything. Awful experience and £30 went into the trash. AVOID AND REPORT!

truly shocking customer service. ordered 10 days ago and still no shipping deets and un answered emails. All made worse by this being a very special gift.

Do not touch. Definitely lying. The perfume is not the real deal.

Not sure why there are negative reviews as they made the effort to get the perfume to me quickly for my holiday and it arrived as promised - in a beautiful atomiser and perfectly packaged - thank you.

I just received my liquid love penthalugon parfume but this is not the real thing at all,it does not smell like the real parfume and it does not last. This is indeed a.scam and ypu should not be allowed to operate anymore. I demand a full refund immediately

Fife stars experience! Ordered Tom Ford Tabacco Vanilla. Smell nice. It was sent in quick time and very good packaged.

I’m starting to doubt that I will receive my order. The order was placed on 29 May, and as of 4 June I still haven’t even received a tracking number. Responses to messages are very slow. If I do not receive my order soon, I will be contacting my bank to request a refund. I would recommend avoiding this store.

Update as of 5 June: I have finally received a tracking number after sending multiple messages, many of which were ignored. I am now waiting for the order to arrive. Even if I do receive the item, I will never order from this company again.

Update: After receiving a detailed explanation from the company, I have decided to update my review.
My original frustration was caused by inconsistent communication and delays in responses, which made me doubt whether my order would actually be dispatched. However, the company took the time to explain their side of the situation and communicate with me directly.
While I still believe there is room for improvement in customer communication and managing customer expectations, I appreciate the effort they made to address my concerns. For that reason, I feel a higher rating is more appropriate than my original 1-star review.

I ordered 10 ml of Tobacco Vanille Tom Ford. This is a wonderful way to have original perfume in a smaller size. It’s very convenient to carry in a handbag. I absolutely love this cozy, slightly sweet and smoky scent.

I've placed two orders from this site and had no problems. I don't know why people think it's a scam. The last order i placed for some Chanel perfume was incorrectly labelled as Celine which did irk me a little. But the fragrance definitely smelt how it should. Also I'm not keen on their payment method. I would always prefer to pay by PayPal or similar to protect my details. That's why a can't give five stars but other than that I would use this company again.

This is a scam. They haven’t sent my purchase for more than 3 months, and they keep messing me around. No refund, no proper response. Scam, scam, scam.

I receive my order very well packed and enough quick , I bought 10 ml Penhaligons parfum just to try and was really impressed by quality of parfum , it wasn't cheap but better buy 10 ml and try how it's goes before buy a big size .

Very happy with the purchase.My husband wanted to try this fragrance for a long time but could not afford it. It's very handy to buy a small travel size amount in case the fragrance doesn't suit you. Took it on holiday and used every day. It has a subtle but long lasting smell. Impressed. Hopefully one day will buy a full size bottle.
