I ordered the canyon mount for my garmin and the additional insta360 add on. I made a mistake when fitting and overtightened one of the bolts and under tightened the other which lead to the product acting as it should.

I got in touch and spoke to them and they provided some solutions as well as the correct torque settings. However, by this point, id been too heavy handed and ruined the mount.

I spoke to the them again and Kristoffer has actually discounted a new mount. When it comes, I'll set it back up under the guidance and there shouldn't be anymore problems. I'll update with the progress.

Terrible customer service, deceptive advertising and low quality products. Beware the insta 360 mount does not come with the computer attachment pictured. My camera does not stay on and the mount falls apart easily. Screws came stripped. STAY AWAY

Had a little difficulty trying to figure out which Garmin mount would fit my stem, Kristoffer was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all of my questions. I ordered a Garmin mount with a 360 adaptor, something that I could not locate anywhere else. A great service, well made product and speedy delivery.

After a minor issue with the original mount, bike manufacturers fault changing original tolerance, not framesandgear, Kristoffer was exceptionally helpful in sorting an alternative, sent immediately. Outstanding customer service, won’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great buying experience overall!

1. Great customer service, they responded very quickly to a question I had about which derailleur hanger I needed for my specific bikes and the advice was spot on in hindsight.
2. Next day delivery though I live in The Netherlands and they are based in Denmark, never experienced something like this.
3. The products work like a charm. Way smoother shifting with Shimano Ultegra with this derailleur hanger than with the standard (I know the creator is SRAM but still) UDH.
4. Cool colourings.

Strongly recommended for Shimano users that want the best buttery smooth shifting experience!
