I wish I had read the other review first.
I ordered two tyres which were supposedly in stock from what looked like a UK website.
a couple of weeks later after numerous emails it turned out it was an Italian company and it was my fault for not studying their T&C's to find I was expected to pay customs duty and import tax.
I explained I wasn't going to pay.

I had a terrible experience with this shop.
At checkout they show £0 taxes and then I was contacted at delivery to pay another £117 (more than 25% of the invoice) for customs. I did not accept the parcel and asked it to be returned. The retailer then withheld more than 100€ when making the refund claiming the paid customs for the item even the item was effectively never imported in the UK. Terrible shop and incapable and ignorant customer care agents.
I ended up buying my Bikebox from the manufacturer in Italy for materially less and much better service.

I live in Switzerland but came across Cicli Francesconi. I bought a very premium, expensive bike. It was a fantastic purchasing experience. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect bike frame and bike components. Communication was prompt, and the bike is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for any cyclist looking for great service and quality products.
I will be back for my next bike

Sonntag Rad bestellt, Montag früh kam Mail mit Trackingnummer, aus Italien kommend und nach dem Lesen einiger Bewertungen rechnete ich mit etwas längerer Lieferzeit, fragte ich am Freitag nach weshalb es kein Update beim Tracking gab.
Kurze Erklärung war, der Dienstleister hat momentan Probleme, man bemühe sich um eine andere Trackingnummer. Einige Stunden Später kam die Info, Rad kommt wahrscheinlich am Montag, neue Nummer haben sie leider nicht. Wie angekündigt kam das Rad am Montag, alles in bester Ordnung. Wenn man etwas Zeit hat, dann lohnt sich der Shop.

The delivery costs to the UK as quoted by the company did not make clear whatsoever that I would have to pay an extra £330 to the courier on delivery. It should have been made very clear that the order would be subject to extensive import fees, which the retailer should have stated and is required by European law. I also paid for the bike to be set up but it was set up with the brakes the opposite way around to UK.

I ordered a Specialized Turbo Tero 4.0, but received a Turbo Tero 3.0. How did I notice? The battery is smaller, the features are worse, but the motor power is the same. There's no Turbo Tero 3.0 on their website, but they somehow shipped it to me, even though the order was paid for the Tero 4.0. I sent them photos that prove it's not that bike. Don't reply to every email. I contacted the European Consumer Protection Authority, which should help me resolve this issue. The bike was purchased online and will be shipped to Lithuania. Ho acquistato una sella, ho provato a montarla ma solo sedendomi la sua scomodità si è subito presentata. Non è stato fatto neanche un metro .
Decido di restituirla ma la risposta è stata che la sella presenta segni di usura (un po' esagerato per averla solo montata) e che non ci sarebbe stato un rimborso.
Delusa dal post vendita e dalla loro politica di rimborso. Pensateci bene prima di acquistare, dovete essere sicurissimi senza avere dubbi e se avete dubbi evitate l'acquisto

I ordered the bike to Switzerland it was a super good deal. After that I was told it's that cheap because it has a small manufacturing damage. They have been very transparent and compensated me further for that. Therefore I got a very good bike for a very good price and the delivery and communication was great.

Non pensavo sarebbe stata così perfetta per me.
La taglia è perfetta, il montaggio da parte loro anche.
La cura nell'imballaggio, la spedizione velocissima (acquistata il 25 novembre, il 27 era già a casa).
Qualcosa di pazzesco!

Tout commençait bien, prix intéressant, produit en stock dans ma taille.
Je reçois, et la stupéfaction, le produit reçu est le modèle de l'année dernière.

Reçu le Cuissard Q36,5 Gregarius Cargo en taille L. 2024
Pas du tout le même produit, car les poches non cousues sont l'argument principal sur le modèle 2025 pour Q36,5.
J'ai fait réclamation, et la réponse était, le code barre est le bon.
Non, je ne suis pas un lecteur de code barre, quand j'achète je lis l'intitulé de l'article vendu.🙄
De plus pas de facture dans mes mails, ni dans le colis, ni sur mon compte du site????
Donc déçu de se manque se professionnalisme de la par de ce site.😪

Sabato 8 febbraio 2025 finalmente mi sono regalato una Cannondale Topstone 1 da Francesconi, e la gentilezza e pazienza e disponibilità sono state uniche, anche il titolare che ha dedicato tutto il tempo necessario x capire le giuste misure (mi disse, esci da qui quando te lo dico io e che sei a posto)🔝🔝 hanno messo le candeline e le ciliegina su questa esperienza, (e non ero proprio alla prima prima esperienza) ma così, dopo diverso girovagare non ho mai trovato.
Prezzo pure top (come fai a chiedere pure lo sconto che cmq l'anno fatto sugli accessori) e bici nuova di pacca per ora perfetta... Non vedo l'ora di pedalare ma piove mannaggia, appena riesco faccio i 500 km e vado a trovarli, che poi cosi vedo cosa mi serve d'altro..
