Terrible water bottle quality. Scratched up after less than 3 months of use. I was being extremely careful with my bottle too because many people around me said they were bad quality. Should have listened to them before I bought the bottle. Waste of money. Reached out to customer service and was told it was just general ‘wear and tear’. No other water bottle I’ve had in the past has had this much wear and tear even after years of using it. Disappointing.

Cheap quality, terrible customer service.

Ordered a coffee tea press, lid leaked from day one, spilling hot liquid over bench tops, has damaged stained bench top.

Sent feed back and videos to frank green, they wrote back dishonering warranty because we are pouring the tea too quickly, which is a complete lie.

As I said, buyer beware, do yourself a favour and support local or buy a yeti, the build quality is 10 fold, they stand by there products, companies that treat the customers bad know there products are bad.

Shame on you Frank green, keep looking through reviews, you can see the fake ones trying to boost there ratings, they focus on really good customer
service but no purchase.

If I could rate it 0 I would. NEVER. Buy off this company.
Had problems from day 1, from delivery issues, then ongoing.
Quality is appalling, as is customer service.
Company will not stand by their overpriced poor quality products.
If you buy a Disney product you can expect the monogram to begin to rub off after 2 days, of being in padded chilly bag, and of 2 weeks sitting on a bench and drinking out of (2 different products) and then be told this is "normal wear and tear" whilst the Frank green label engraved of course will always look like the day purchased.
Within 3 months you can expect them to no longer be leak proof.
The smallest size won't keep its heat more than 1hour unless it's a very hot day, and the medium up to 4hours.
Terrible, and almost impossible to clean, im sure everyone's seen the videos.
You can expect To wait well over the 2 days to hear a response from customer service, even months.
If you have problems they dont want to know about it, and be assured they won't do anything. if you finally hear back, they treat you like an idiot.

Honoured my warranty claim and have a great product with a strong mission. Shipping costs exist still.

I ordered a replacement lid, a bottle for myself and one to send overseas. They are very nice looking water bottles. Keeps my water cool and is a pleasure to sip throughout the day. My daughters replacement lid was a bit faulty and she had used it for a couple of weeks. The customer service was second to none, the replaced the lid right away with no hassles

I have been using frank green for over two years. Their bottle is of exceptional quality since it is long lasting, insulating and very well designed. I had ordered a straw lid and it was malfunctioning. Didnt have time to notify the customer service team for over two months but when I did, they were quick to help and very kind. They offered a new replacement lid with free shipping. Other than the lovely customer service experience, the great quality of their products is why I would recommend to anyone!

Fast response to product issue and excellent customer service.

I had questions about my hull breaking and they were more than happy to assist in replacing this for me at no charge with proof of purchase. Such friendly and helpful staff.

Awful customer service; avoid this company. I placed an order and Evri failed to deliver it. Unlike many other online companies despite unequivocal prof that Evri failed to deliver it this company have failed to respond to multiple contacts on different platforms; eventually reply with 3 days delays to queries and have failed to refund my order.

Very late delivery , & when the delivery came it was just a lid (ordered a cup) that looked dusty and like the parts were unfinished! Really terrible. Will definitely not be ordering here again!!! Wouldn't recommend either!

Frank Green make quality products and ship promptly. Items usually arrive in only a few days to NZ. My last order was incorrect and Frank Green were prompt to respond and rectify the error, sending a new product and allowing me to keep the incorrect one. Amazing service and beautiful products that last.

I’ve been using Frank Green for years and recently ordered their new colour ‘Pistachio’. I knew something was wrong with the bottle because immediately it was leaking, smelt stale and the rubber sealant in the lid kept falling out into the bottle while it was closed.

I reached out to Frank Green on instagram only to get some half baked excuses about the bottle ‘smelling different depending on the drink you have in it’ and to ‘keep using it and see how it goes’ after sharing videos with them of the rubber seal and the leakage which has been soaking my bag at work.

Really expected a bit more from a brand like Frank Green, customer service has been awful and they’re not bothered about their quality control.

Absolute con!! Paid close to $80 for a frank green bottle for my daughters birthday and 6 weeks later, with very minimal use and careful hand rinsing, the monogramming had all started erasing itself/rubbing off. Contacted Frank Green certain that they would stand by their product with the bottle otherwise in perfect condition but no!! They claim “wear and tear”? Are they serious? These bottles are clearly very cheaply made, and rather than do the right thing by their customers they would rather take your money and run!! NEVER AGAIN!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

My water bottle strap holder snapped, I emailed them and they were straight onto it sending me a code for a new lid for free, very please with the service !!

Amazing customer service from the team. I reached out in relation to a cracked bottle lid and received a reply within a few hours helping me arrange a replacement lid with free shipping!

Awful. Product and service appalling. I bought my daughter a straw lid large ceramic lined bottle, it cost £30 and after ONE WEEK of use and being dropped ONCE, the paint has all come away around a few small dents. I contacted the company who told me that this was “general wear and tear”. After 5 uses??? Never again. In comparison my son has a Chilly’s bottle and it was around the same price. Whilst it is dented lots after a year of every day use, the paint is still intact and is still leak proof despite the abuse.

The straw lid doesn't work at all, unable to get any kind of air tight seal required to suck water out of the bottle and yes, the mouth piece is fully pushed back until it clicks. Unfortunately it was a prize so we don't have a receipt. But what an overpriced piece of garbage.

Love my water bottle! And the customer service team are so helpful!! My lid broke and they gave me a brand new one straight away!

My dog just can’t get enough and I’m super impressed not a single tear or any damage after having it for almost 12 months. Still looks like brand new after a wash. It’s so easy to clean. I love that my puppy enjoys her frank as much as me
