I bought a reusable bottle on the 20th August, im still waiting for it to be shipped. I contacted customer chat 4th september and was told they would contact the warehouse and I have to wait a further 2 working days for a response. Im £39 down with no bottle. My daughter bought both me and my husband a 1 later bottle for when we visited her in Australia. Amazing I thought and they were great for all the walking in the heat. I return to uk and having been using them by the side of our bed to keep water cold at night. But sadly my bottle no longer keeps my water cold. I reached out to Frank green but unfortunately they have not been helpful at all. So in the bin my bottle is which cost £39.99 not a cheap bottle, so now we have purchased another bottle from Amazon not Frank green far cheaper but does work - do not recommend this bottle for the price although they do look nice just mine has failed in 8 months - my daughter normally buys these as present and has bought a number of them that work but if I was to tell her she would stop buying them.

Do not buy their 2L bottles they have a crap rubber handle that snaps and then you can’t hold the bottle. The rubber handle is inadequate for the weight of 2L of water. Poor design from frank green. Average customer experience when emailing about this was told can’t help me as it’s passed the warranty even though it’s a product fault. Won’t be shopping here again.
Disgraceful business and Poor quality
I wouldn't even give them one star but it's not an option. I purchased a gift for a work colleague - there was a duplicate order which I only realized once the order arrived. I know I only submitted one order but they refused to accept it was an error. Despite reaching out to Frank & Green to advise the gift was a group of people paying and seeking help and advising I could not afford the $166 double payment and the financial strain they did not care one bit and had no empathy for the my situation. They repeatedly told me the same message and refused to help despite my plea that I could not afford it. It's been so upsetting and stressful dealing with them. Personally I would not have shopped with them but it was a work gift. I had been gifted a water bottle which only last a short time before the water did not stay cold and the lid always leaked.
DON'T purchase Frank and Green - Yeti has much better quality and warranty! Frank & Green are all about the $$$ for themselves

Very poor quality. Bought around 1 year ago and they refused to replace it as they said it was just general wear and tear - all the paint has chipped off. Wouldn’t buy again!

Have 4 Frank Green products - all leak, all have paint chipping off within weeks of buying. Customer services is awful, when they bother to reply they aren't helpful at all.
Their website and marketing is beautiful but the reality is it is overpriced / poor quality and not suitable for the purpose it was intended for.
Unacceptable experience with Frank Green
I purchased a customized product that did not match the item shown on the official website. When I tried to resolve the issue with the merchant, they kept offering unrealistic excuses to deflect responsibility. What’s particularly concerning is that the customer service team provided a screenshot from the official website that clearly differed from the one I had captured myself. After this discrepancy was pointed out, they gave a vague response saying the issue would be reported to the company, then quickly reverted to reiterating their policy that customized products are non-refundable. It is evident that the customer service expects customers to accept a series of unreasonable and absurd justifications.
Disappointed
Terrible customer service, no helpful response whatsoever. The product is way overhyped and definitely overpriced. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. You have to cover the return shipping yourself, all the way back to Australia. Really disappointed.
Don’t recommend Frank Green bottles
We bought Frank Green bottles for the whole family—seven in total—because we believed in the brand’s quality and sustainability promise. Unfortunately, we’ve had serious issues with the lids developing mould, even after following all the recommended cleaning instructions.
Despite our efforts, the problem persisted, and we were disappointed to find that there was no reasonable support or option to replace the lids. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest in a product that is marketed as premium, only to be let down by poor durability and lack of customer service.
We expected better from a brand that positions itself as environmentally conscious and customer-focused. Sadly, we won’t be recommending Frank Green to others after this experience.
This bottle genuinely just sucks
This bottle genuinely just sucks, and so does the company and customer service. It constantly leaks, and has ruined two bags by now. It’s difficult to clean, and the customer service is quite frankly disgusting for a £40 bottle. I have had it for less than a year and it has nonstop problems.
Worst water bottle EVER, worst customer experience EVER
Admittedly my own fault for not believing ALL of my friends who said DO NOT BUY Frank Green. It's been less than six months and the kids (I bought spares) have black mould growing in them that I was unable to remove with baking soda, vinegar and scrubbing. The bottle started to rust under the protective bumpers I purchased and the paint came flaking off. According to customer support I should be able to remove the mould with "warm soapy water" and none of this is considered a quality issue. You've been warned, read the reviews and take them seriously!!! Give your money to a company that deserves it and takes your feedback onboard!!!
Buyer beware of black mould that can occur.
I clean my kids frank green bottles regularly, to today noticing once trying to pull it apart (as I could taste an off taste) The lid and the flip straw was full of black mould. Im absolutely disgusted that my kids have been drinking from these bottles. I had to use a knife to get the flip straw out and even broke one trying to do so. These are not made easy to clean and I can guarantee there are many others out there who are not aware of this. The bottles damage easily also. Stay away from these bottles! In the bin ours go!

They get mouldy in between the lid and flip straw and it's impossible to clean without pulling it apart once you pull it apart it doesn't work properly again the sip piece becomes loose
These are poorly designed and not worth the huge price tag !
Colour fading and poor customer service
After one week of use my daughter's bottle colour was fading underneath the bumper. I emailed customer service and they were so dismissive. WARRANTY CLAIM - apparently the colour fading isn’t considered a manufacturing fault and is classified as cosmetic damage, which is part of normal "wear and tear." (After one week ??!!)They said that this doesn't affect the functionality of the bottle so it doesn't come under a warranty issue. Disgusting and dismissive customer service.
