I love my Frank green products
I am grateful to have invested in two pieces from Frank Green. I really felt for them as over Christmas they had delivery issues and they truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. One of the items I ordered didn’t have its monogram and they immediately sorted the situation out without me having to return the other item. I appreciate the high level of customer service and true authenticity. I would definitely order from them again because their products are high quality and align with my values and their company is true to their word. Thank you to Lachlan who helped me out as well!
Huge disappointment
I ordered two Reusable drink bottles as Christmas gifts. One received was exactly as ordered, the other was incorrect colour, not even close to the one ordered. I completed a request for the error to be rectified and for a Shipping Label to send the incorrect item back so far 3 times over the last 4 weeks. Each time there was a painfully long delay (more than a week) in receiving any response, and then it was to again reclarify what I had already clearly stated in my online request. Each time I replied to Frank Greens representatives there was yet another lengthy delay in a reply! It was as though my concern went to the back of the queue again instead of someone taking ownership of the issue and following up on their communication to personally ensure the error made by their company was resolved. One month after receiving the wrong item and multiple requests for a Shipping Label I still have an item that I did not order and cannot use. This item was intended as a gift for my son who was leaving for a trip. We have had the additional cost and inconvenience of purchasing another drink bottle in the colour we wanted from a different retailer so that he would have it before leaving. I get that mistakes happen but once the problem had been brought to their attention it is reasonable to expect the company to make it a priority to correct their error without further delay. I have yet again requested a Shipping Label to return the incorrect item and a refund.
Scam , please don’t buy.
Extremely disappointed with this company, would advise not to order anything from them. Received leaking coffee tumbler more than week ago and their customer service is NONEXISTENT. Have sent messages on IG, Facebook, Email and only have received automated response. More
Than week and more than 5 working days and no response at all. And that’s the quality and service for 40£ coffee tumbler . Please buy elsewhere.
Will contact my bank for scam, as definitely not quality or service as advertised.

Customer service got back to me
4 days ago, I wrote a review about a missing monogram. Someone got back to me today. I really appreciate that they acknowledged that there was a mistake and addressed it. Pretty happy with the response.
If anyone else received an incorrect order, definitely let them know. They will get back to you eventually! 🙂 Best of luck!

Don't bother!
This is a terrible coffee cup and isn't fit for purpose. It's hard to clean (the mechanism in the lid is hard to get to). The worst part is that in trying to drink my (cold) coffee, the liquid was coming out the button that you press down to open the sip hole. Absolutely awful for the price.

Defect Christmas present
Ordered as a Christmas present, came defected and had no response from customer services over 2 weeks ago. Also messaged on Instagram and no response even though both say a time response they should respond within. Very upset to lose money on a item that isn't as described. Would like a refund ASAP

Ordered a Frank Green drink bottle set (monogrammed) for my daughter for Christmas, on Black Friday. Here we are nearly half way thru January and still no delivery of my daughter's Christmas present. No answer to emails from FG, and I have one extremely disappointed child. Not happy FRANK GREEN 😒 😡🖕

Doesn't keep coffee hot
Great spill proof cup but despite its supposed insulation, the ceramic cups don't keep coffee hot. Always lukewarm within 45 mins therefore a waste of $$$.

Don’t waste your money!
Got a coffee cup to replace my old battered Starbucks one. Coffee is barely warm after my 30 minute commute whereas my Starbucks cup would keep the coffee piping hot. Lid doesn’t close properly and leaks. Absolute waste of money and they don’t respond to emails.
Delivery is customers problem
Ordered November and not supplied by January.
Queried and told delivered to our address but can't show proof of delivery. Told it could be logistics company but they have paid for service so now your problem. WHAT!
As for refund FRANK GREEN sends back exactly the same message. They don't even read the messages.
SHAMEFUL company.
After their reply, it's a shame there is FRAUDULENT companies out there. It's worst when you use frankgreen.com.au for shopping and they admit using their site is either fraudulent or has been hacked and they don't inform potential customers about the problem with their site

Smells of coffee service unhelpful
Got this for Christmas. Put my coffee in it which was great. However now all my water and drinks taste like coffee after washing it 4 times … the inside also strongly smells of coffee. Contacted support and no help at all
Poor Frank Green service
I too would have given zero stars if I could. I ordered two bottles on the 16 December. I wasn’t expecting them to arrive by Christmas Day as I knew I might be pushing it with such a late order. However, it is now the evening of the 27 and the “status” of my order is that it is still at stage 1 - allocate/ready. I have tried to contact customer service but can only do an online query. I have received an automated reply to my query saying I will receive a response in 5 business days. Not good enough Frank! According to the FAQs about delivery, I should check the tracking progress of my order and then contact the courier company directly. Well sorry Frank, I can’t do that because it hasn’t been picked up by a courier company. I would have thought that for such a reputable company 1) customer service would have been much better as 5 days to respond is ridiculous and 2) delivery/tracking would have been much better. I won’t be purchasing from Frank Green again. Rubbish company.

I do like the Frank Green cup I got as a cheap bargain somewhere. Wanting to get a fresh cup in my choice of colours I tried the Frank Green website. Having chosen everything to my liking i wanted to purchase the cup. To my horror hey wanted to charge £30 pound in shipping for a cup that cost £26 That's ridiculous. I can get almost anything from China and they hardly charge for shipping.
Wow - Get one
Wow. This morning I filled my Frank Green bottle with ice cubes.
It's now 12 hours later, and I checked, there is ZERO water in the bottom. Just ice. Nothing melted.
Exceptional!
Also, if you do use it for liquids it has the fasted flow nozzel ever, excellent for quenching thirst!

If you are to have a good business you need to live up to your customers expectations and don’t keep telling your customers to be patient. When you care about your reputation you need to give more thought to the people who make you the company that you are, and that is your customers.
I deal with a lot of companies and never before have I experienced such a fob off.
Truly you need to learn a lot.
I ordered a drink bottle for my granddaughter with her name on it before cut off and it was important this arrived on time for reasons I won’t go into. I told them why it was important I just needed a yes or no. They said it would be upgraded to express shipping when the order was processed and I was willing to pay for that. Harvey told me they appreciated my patience and every order was important to them. I believe that statements like this do not help. What helps is honesty if it cannot be done say so and make sure you realistically give cut off dates that you can meet. Nothing was done to hurry this order, it was not upgraded to express shipping as promised by Harvey and I am now not getting this order until after Christmas. What a terrible company for caring about customers.
Thank you to the Frank Green company. They so kindly responded to me in a generous way and are deserving of a better review than what I gave them. This gesture shows me they are willing to accept what happened and try to make amends and that they do care about their customers.

The worst customer service response I have yet to experience in Australia!
I have ordered a Christmas gift on 4th of December that has yet to arrive, never received any notification until I reached out where I kept getting the same copy and reply messages back. Finally could get a refund which made me run to the stores last minute to sort out my Christmas shopping- not cool!
Hopefully next year you wont be stingy and will spend some of your profits to better you customer support channels and also fix all the misleading copy on your website. You mention live chats.... Where can I find this?
And funny thing os this is the second time it has happened to me.. so shame.on me for trusting you..?

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a Frank Green for my 10 year old on 1st December so I will receive it prior to Christmas. 20 days on, no package and they have not responded. On 16th December, a email was sent that it will be delivered via express post at no charge to ne, still haven’t received it. Cannot call them, customer service doesn’t respond. I have been charged with AUD $70 for this bottle with delivery fees and I haven’t even received it yet. 20 days! It should have been delivered in 5-7 days.
Terrible service.

Ordered a bottle for my grandson for Christmas on 6th December. This is well within the guidelines guaranteed for Christmas delivery. It’s now 20th December and no notification that it has even been dispatched. No phone number to call to enquire about delivery date and emails had an automated reply saying it would take up to 5 business days to respond. Thanks Frank Green for an upset grandchild on Christmas Day. This was all he wanted. Really can’t see what the hyped up fuss is about your product or customer service.
