Left me with broken pipe and unpaid bills.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I ended up having to pay the seller’s gas bill myself as the bill is shared by all occupants of the building where I bought my apartment. They supposed to keep some money aside but they didnt. I contacted them about it but received no response. The property also had a broken pipe which the seller failed to disclose before the contract exchange. Again, I called and wrote to them, but I had no reply. It's been 2 weeks and now on top of the gas bill, I will spend lots more for the plumber and decorator as part of the wall has to be cut out.
I am extremely disappointed. They were supposed to act on my behalf and, even though I paid the bill, they should have seen the process through to the end instead I am left with no answers and no communication.

All the help I needed
Georgia took on my case when I was made redundant recently, she was excellent throughout the process and was really nice and easy to deal with at what was a difficult time, nothing was more complicated than it needed to be, we were working to a tight deadline and Georgia and her colleagues did everything in their power to ensure everything was concluded by the deadline, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Franklins and Georgia in the future

I cannot recommend Georgia Harris at Franklins Solicitors LLP highly enough.
From start to finish, her support throughout my employment matter was exceptional. She demonstrated deep expertise and clear, practical legal knowledge at every stage, while always making herself available when I needed guidance.
What stood out most was her ability to listen. She took the time to understand my perspective fully, was empathetic to the personal context of the situation, and then translated that into calm, strategic advice that helped shape the process towards the outcome I was seeking.

I used Franklins for the sale of my…
I used Franklins for the sale of my first property. As a first time seller, and having to deal with multiple companies, forms etc, it did seem a little daunting. But Franklins made the whole process easy and smooth. They laid out what needed to be done and kept me informed with next steps.
Big shout out to Yameen (who was my point of contact) and was nothing but professional, courteous and understanding with any questions I had. Yameen also offered straight forward solutions to any potential problems that could have arisen, which really helped keep things moving.
Would recommend to others, and would use again. Thank you.
