Very easy and quick service. I had to order a new clipper because my original clippers getting repaired and they sent out my clipper within the next day and got it that day in the afternoon

I tried putting an order through…
I tried putting an order through a few months ago, the site would not let me place my order. I sent an email through the website, never heard back, so I ended up order necessities through someone else. Since I know I like the diamond dremal bits Frank Rowe offers I figured I would try and place another order. Everything looked good, everything was suppose to ship on time, only to find out after that the shampoo was on back order until January!!! Off I go to find shampoo from somewhere else and probably pay extra for shipping

I wanted to give a five star review
I wanted to give a five star review, however I think the actual mark up on the XPOWER dryer was way higher than it needed to be.
The dryer didn’t have the best force I needed and I have returned it.
In the end it didn’t feel like frank rowe &son had a groomers best interest at heart.
I will double check pricing on everything before I buy here again.

I was not able to place my order…
I was not able to place my order through the website. It wouldn't let me check out, no worries it happens. I called the helpline and was truly disappointed by the customer service representative we spoke with to try and get things resolved, with the correct cyber Monday deals that were listed on the website. It took us 45 minutes on the phone to place what should have been a simple order and was talked to like I was dumb, and doing something wrong on my end. I have always loved Frank Rowe & Son and the customer service we have received in the past, but this experience with the PetEdge customer service team was really disappointing.

Was not delivered what was advertised. I searched multiple sites to find the color coded wide attachment combs. They Only advertise the color coded. But delivered the plain grey identical combs that are hard to tell apart. Very unhappy. Was told when I called they were getting rid of the old ones before they would actually get the colored ones advertised.

I was called today by a very helpful representative who apologized for the mishap & without any prompting replaced the wrong items & made my order correct! I love ordering from Frank Rowe. I always try to support local businesses and I've never had a problem with them. I've used them for sharpening and equipment purchases. I ran into a little snafu with an order thay got messed up because of PayPal when my backordered items were ready to ship. Called them and they helped me sort it out and I made an even bigger order than just what it was initially supposed to be haha.
