Love this brand so much they are literally perfect for me and my aesthetic!!! So excited to purchase more

i have been ordering from this shop since they first started. They always have such cute styles, and I LOVE that they added a fine jewelry section because i personally prefer to spend my money on something that won’t tarnish and you can wear everyday. Be warned however, their regular jewelry is priced pretty high for something that tarnishes fairly quickly. I kept mine out of water and they tarnished within 3-4 wears. Definitely save ur money on the non-fine jewels.

Very cute company and they have deals going on all the time! Plus every time I’ve reached out to customer service, they’ve been super nice and helpful. I did have a piece that went green faster than my other pieces, but overall great experience and will be shopping from them in the future!

They have beautiful products I will give them that and it’s sad because the quality is absolutely terrible!!! I spent over $200, did not wet my necklaces or rings and it got black within 1-2 weeks or so. I’m sorry for the bad review but it’s upsetting that their jewelry is pretty ‘expensive’ for products that is very much similar to $1 Shein jewelry!!

I think Frasier Sterling is rather clever with their discounts & bundle offers. I love buying really beautiful little pieces to keep adding to my collection for a super low price. The addiction to getting a “deal”, is real.
With social media it’s super easy to see repeats/copies/“similar” designs elsewhere, but Frasier’s stuff always wins for me. Their mix of nostalgic playfulness while maintaining elegance is almost unique to this brand. You never feel like you’re wearing children’s jewelry, but the pieces are still youthful & fun. So far I haven’t had any turn green, just a loss of the gold coating, & those two rings (out of 17 😅) that have turned to brass, I repurposed as toe rings & they’re just as adorable. Which is great since they currently do not carry toe rings, hint hint😉

I can’t say i’ve waited longer than 3 weeks for an order, most coming within literal *days* of being placed. The only exception being my custom necklaces, which took under 5 weeks, rather impressive considering the global pandemic.

I can’t say enough good things about the brand. As long as they keep doing what they’re doing, i’ll keep reordering every chance I get.

I truly love the pieces Frasier makes. I always get complimented on them and I adore them. Their customer service is amazing. If a piece is broken or wrong, they fix it right away!! The only issue I have with them is that they tend to tarnish fairly fast.

I've ordered many times from this business the quality is just that good. The prices are affordable and the jewellery is so adorable and cute!! Not to mention the fun packaging with the little stickers and decorated box. Absolutely adorable and I recommend buying from here to anyone!!

I have placed several orders from Frasier Sterling, and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I have always received my orders quickly, the jewelry is cute and is of good quality. It's obviously not something you'd buy from a jewelry store, so I'm not sure what people are expecting. However, it is much nicer than most costume jewelry out there. I've never had any of my jewelry break or turn my skin green either.

One time they did send me the wrong variation of a necklace. I reached out to them via chat and they apologized, told me they sent out the correct necklace to me, and that I could keep the wrong one I received for free. The correct necklace came a few days later.

I think this is a great company that makes really cute jewelry. I definitely recommend them for trendy and cute options.

I absolutely love this brand of jewelry. It’s so bright, fun and well made. I love how you can customize pieces, too. Great customer service as well, they always respond in a timely manner. I also love their customer appreciation.. free gifts and discounts are frequent!

Cheap quality jewelry that you could get from Shein and save your money. All reviews and complaints are replied to MONTHS later and copy and pasting the same response to everyone. Not to mention the only good reviews are all posted on the same singular day…obviously the company trying to cover it up instead of owning up to mistakes. The company “claimed” the page on July 19, only ONE good review before then, the rest are all posted on THE SAME DAYS, how dumb can you be? Bad customer service, bad quality, why would you ever shop here?

I love FRASIER STERLING! I have purchased from them for years! I especially love that the brand has now expanded to more than just jewels! Not only is the quality great, but the price is unbeatable! I am obsessed with my cotton candy tie die sweats and the Lovers Hoops are a staple in my daily wardrobe. Keep them coming!!!
