The loads are few and far in between. I would like to see consistency in my area.

Not enough deliveries for it to be efficient. This also creates the second issue of trying to be like an Uber. You should just have a limited amount of drivers and just let them take care of the deliveries.

I can never accept an offer fast enough. I know you don't think people are using bots, but there is absolutely no way someone can go thru the steps to accept an offer that fast. It's incredibly frustrating. I paid $45 for a background check and haven't been able to even earn that money back yet.

They Do not know what are they doing the that come areso far & it is to cheap too

No deliveries EVER available . I’ve been signed up for months and it very difficult to get deliveries.

The app is very glitchy, can’t seem to get any orders

It's rare any jobs are available even if you check immediately after receiving the notification. I would like to see your system set up to work like the Dispatch app works.

When I have a match its gone before I see it.I,ve only had one match in months

Wish there was more work for this area of Norfolk Va.

Nonetheless support is great and helpful!

When I first started it was great! Then every time I get an order sent to my phone I go there and it’s always gone I haven’t been able to accept an order in almost a year now. It always says it’s gone every single time.

Services and payment are ok but no too much work at all need more freight that people work with you

Not enough orders going around that match vehicles.

Great communication and response when I run into problems.

Whenever I have questions, you get back to me asap.

Would be nice if stores posted offers correctly with the correct payout
