I was skeptical but anyway decided to give this tool a try. I am amazed on how many deals the system found automatically for me and the best part is that they help to configure it in a way you can review and approve or reject every deal the bot finds for me. Most of the things I get are cheap stuff, some are repetitive but also the bot found some good stuff for me. Example, I got a robot vacuum/mop combo from $170 for only $34. Also, an HD projector for only $20 and a jump start system for my car for less than $10. Once I start seeing repetitive stuff, I adjust my purchase limits and I start getting new stuff. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try.A

I started out with Dailybox Club the first week was great but then I was only getting 1 to 3 packages MONTHLY!!! worthless items that Noone would use. Now? I think I've made the best decision to join FreebieFlow because not only are the customer service agents (Gigi) absolutely phenomenal but any question you may have will never be a dumb one. Everyone is respectful and if you're worried they have the power to see what your bot is doing and can reset it to find deals again etc. Thank you FreebieFlow 😊 ❤️

The customer service is fantastic! Neil spent so much time with me to ensure that my problem was resolved. He was polite and fixed my issue and educated me on what to do if it happened again. Gigi is Awesome too!

Gigi walked me through getting my account set up properly and was very friendly and professional. I'm excited to see what this company will bring to my door step! Would recommend trying them out!

Neil helped me out again this time with my account getting unsynced I guess due to payment but he got everything set back for me straight and explained a new feature that you can now utilize to help with any kind of specifics that you want to find at that awesome discount that they have and as always he was very helpful so I'm again happy customer!

I have only been with freebie flow for about 2 or 3 weeks now but it is amazing on finding great deals and the occasional free items they can get through are a huge bonus! I plan to stick with them for as long as possible because christmas stress will be so much easier now 🥰 I recommend to everyone!!!

Gigi is awesome I was having a lot of trouble setting up the system all the way and I made an appointment for later on that day to have her assist me in completing my setup. Gigi called me and shared my screen then walked me through the entire process. She was very pleasant to speak with even though I had a lot of things going on at the same time and she helped me from beginning to end, she is a great asset to the company.

I was about 2 seconds away from canceling my subscription, and I didn't even get a chance to use it! I could not get my Amazon account to connect! Neil came along and saved the day! Connecting the Amazon account to another email address was so simple once Neil walked me through it! Now I am ready to get these boxes shipped in! Thank you Freebieflow! She was very kind, very patient and helped me tremendously from beginning to end. I would have never been able to do it without her.

Customer service was amazing with FreebieFlow. I was having such a hard time getting my account connected to my Amazon account and Gigi was so patient and stayed with me the whole time, checking in. And it took a while. We finally got it connected and I see I already have a package coming. That was Friday and it’s due to be delivered Monday. So excited to see what else this service has in store. I signed up with another service that was more expensive and didn’t receive a thing 2 weeks later, so I am glad someone suggested Freebie. It’s also great to get a “person” and not a chat bot that responds with answers that aren’t appropriate to your question. Please keep your customer service with people and not AI bots.

I purchased the app and thought it would be a great experience . I got very frustrated trying to get it set up. I reached out to Gigi after noticing she had made several attempts to reach me. I'm so grateful she did because I thought I'd purchased an app for nothing, considering I could not set it up. Thanks again & I would rate her 10 out of 10. She had all the answers & was very patient with me as I am just learning how to navigate my smart phone.

I was having a hard time getting started with the app. I wanted to quit several times but when I wrote Gigi and the staff about my frustrations not 1 ,2 or 3 but 4 times they tried and help me with step by step instructions. Finally the last time I was going to give up , I received a nice message from Gigi asking if I could take a call.
Long story after over 30 minutes on a video call, Gigi and her patience (lol) got me up and running. Already I am a fan of these guys.They went the extra mile to get me started. Thank you guys for helping me. In return I hope to be a long time customer.

My recent experience with the help desk was great! Due to user error, my account was disconnected. I scheduled a call with the team and was taken care of. The tech was patient and gracious as we worked through the issue that I created. Thanks again Freebie Flow
