I love the anticipation. It feels like Christmas every week.

So far, I’ve had a really great experience with freebie flow. I’ve received several amazing items. Some technical errors at times, however the customer support is absolutely amazing and they handle any issue right away. I am looking forward to seeing what goodies will arrive next.

Do you like roller-coasters?

I have been a freebieflow subscriber for well over a year. It has its ups and downs. Sometimes it's great,sometimes it's not..
but the customer support team can easily be reached with the click of a button, and they usually respond very quickly to resolve the issues that they can help with. 5 Stars for them! The behind the scenes part (automated checkouts) has it's flaws from time to time (3 Stars for it) but I do believe that the team is and will continue to improve this process. (4 Stars for that) If you're considering becoming a subscriber, go for it.. Just remember that it's a gamble. Sometimes you'll win nicely, other times you won't. It's kinda like a scratch off card.. will you win, lose or break even? Overall, throughout my entire time combined, I'd give a rating of 4.5 stars. Only time will tell if this will go up or down in the future!

FREEFLOW is a great company

FREEBIEFLOW is a great company. The staff is awesome. I was having some issues with getting set up and the girls gave me a call and walked me thru the whole thing. It’s like Christmas setting waiting for your next package to arrive. Anything wrong they will make it right. I’m excited to be a customer of this great company. Thank you FREEBIEFLOW! 😁

Freebies, Discounts, and Community

I joined FF about a month ago and absolutely love it! I love getting packages almost everyday and the huge discounts on Amazon items as well as freebies. You basically get two for one, 10 freebies a month as well as huge discounts! I have 3 accounts linked, so I get 3 times the items. Customer service is very good, quick to get back, and willing to help you in any way you want. Another perk is access to their chats on Telegram. The FF community is so much fun and we all work together to share great deals that we got and great deals available! You should join us!!

I am loving Freebie Flow

I am loving Freebie Flow! I have received a handful of free items and a ton of extremely great priced paid items. This experience has been really great so far and I have been able to provide really nice gifts for my family and friends. I definitely recommend FreebieFlow if you’re looking for amazing deals at next to nothing or even Free!

The customer service is excellent!

The customer service is excellent!! They are always kind and courteous. I recently had an issue getting on the telegram page because I my phone number wasn’t current. They were helpful with ideas and when that didn’t work, the person I call “a wizard” was able to get me sorted out. They are always ready and willing to help.

This is 100% scam.they will tell you about getting 10+ freebies but won't fulfill. If you try to chat with then and ask for what they promised. They will keep forcing you to get one more month subscription and again promise you for 10+ freebies.
Only handful of people who are promoting them get real good freebies.
I wish I can add the screenshot here what they say you when they want you to join and the excuses they give you when they are not able to fulfill what they say. Shame on them. Scammers

Unfortunately on occasion we can fall short if the month is slow, for example when there are Holidays affecting the number of coupon codes and promo codes out there for us to order from. In these scenarios of us falling short and not sending a full 10 packages, we offer credits to make up for the missing packages, so that you only paid for what you received! If you haven't already reached out to our live chat customer support, please do so that we can offer these credits

Do not fall for this

Do not fall for this. Almos a full month 2 items arrived a 3 dollar fork and a bad tasting mushroom coffee (I do drink this tipe of coffee) they fight you till the end to not give you a refund and at the end just offer a partial. Doesn’t work your time or money or the data risk

Misleading, complex, won't refund my money

Be cautious of the glowing reviews. I asked for a refund MULTIPLE times. This is a new company. I sleep during the day, so I am SOL when it comes to their customer service. First unethical activity, they charge your card before your account is anywhere near finalized. Second unethical activity, they don't warn you that setting up an A****** security key is complex and time-consuming. Third unethical activity, they lock you out of your account if you use an OTP without entering your key too many times (I wasn't aware a key was required because the FF never said so anywhere that was noticeable.) Which means you are banned from entering you key except through a csr. I stayed awake just to contact them, twenty minutes later, csr gives canned message that we have to be on "call," which I don't do. I responded within one minute. The csr disappeared. Really and for real. They are disappeared as I type this. If they won't give me money back, at least let me enter the key. But they won't let me have either option. They aren't ready for their growth. Not everyone lives 9 to 5, not everyone is a practiced security expert. Don't trust them with your card number

Additionally, we're very sorry if you thought our customer response support time was slow. We value real customer support, so we dont use automation and have a team of real people helping out everyone. Our customer support team works around the clock for the satisfaction of our customers, so I hope you can understand our response times being a little slower outside of traditional work hours.

We're very sorry you ran into issues with authentication. Although we have step by step instructions that allow majority of our users to log in seamlessly, perhaps there was a roadbump in your scenario. We'd love to hop on a call with you to resolve it.

Once again, we're very sorry for your disappointing experience, and as I mentioned earlier we would of course honor a refund if that is the only way of helping you. Please reach out if we haven't already processed it! :)

I am loving freebieflow!! I’ve joined and under month I’ve received over $800 of new items from Amazon. Gigi is the best customer support as well! Very prompt, polite and extremely helpful!

The absolute BEST customer service…

The absolute BEST customer service team. Incredible subscription all the way around. I have stacks of Amazon freebies and incredible deals coming all the time now. Deals that I would have missed if I was trying to do it myself!
