A fantastic experience from start to finish! Vicki and the team providing excellent advice and travel knowledge assisting me book a holiday for my parents. The team were experienced, professional and well organised with great communication throughout the process. During the holiday the constant communication about planned trips was exceptional and everything went to plan! We will definitely use them again!

Both Sara and Nancy were very easy to deal with, obviously knowledgeable on the subject so we quickly relaxed and had great communication, us trusting their input.
Pushed us for a decision but gave good reason, so actually helped us to make a decision!

Good customer service, quick and reliable

Came across Freeom Destinations via a web browser search. Called them to enquire about domestic flight prices in Australia as the main airline quotes seemed to be rather pricey. Received excellent customer service from Freedom Destinations, in particular a colleague called Holly. She was able to research some options for us and completed some comparisons upon our request. She was very knowledgeable and understood our needs. She was able to find us some flights that suited us and cheaper than going through the main airlines direct. I would highly recommend Freedom Destinations. A big thank you to Holly who was excellent

Very helpful and friendly person I spoke to. She let me know what was happening with my booking. I appreciate that the same person will be dealing with my booking through the whole process.

Excellent service. I needed a fully arranged 10 day holiday to Borneo for 5 people . Molly at FD Asia was great. I explained what I wanted and why and hey presto...an itinerary was put together , with pricing that included meals, transport, flights and private tours.
We could not be happier and will contact them.for our next adventure.
