I am loyalist with regards to brands, and I purchased two items from your store, A golf Tee and a round neck. Wins: Material, design ( Not too loud), cuts, absolutely phenomenal.

Room for improvement: your store needs to use nicer/ quality fragrances when packaging items, preferably ones you intend on selling or best smelling. Just a suggestion, i once fell inlove with a cologne from a packaging scent from a previous loyalist store i was buying from.

Absolute phenomenal store, and will be back soon for more.

Excellent service & going the extra mile. I requested delivery by a certain date and I was kindly assisted.

So.....to date i have not receives my purchased product. You guys dont deserve 1 star. I want to give zero stars. I got given excuses of stock take. But your site promises something else. I hope i like the product i purchased. Cause i like the shoes and jacket i previous bought at a pop up shop and would hate to be dissapointed by your delivery service and the garment.
But as for me buying online again......i highly doubt it. Customers pay so much and then this is the service we get. I left a message on facebook too......no replies just yet. I would like some proper feedback regarding this matter. It is unacceptable and i would think that your company is better than this. How do i recommend this to someone else know the service i received. I absolutely cannot and will not. Up until i get proper feedback resolving this matter.

Disappointed that a product that was available online next thing I only get 1 item. No one had the courtesy to call me to say the item I bought is sold out. Only when I enquire days later I found out it’s sold out.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences ever. I had to drive to Aramex to collect my order. Shocking service. I can’t believe FOM will associate with a company like Aramex

I placed the order and 2 days later my order was ready for collection. Well dine FOM.

Delivery was quick. Was my purchase...The quality of the product was not up to my expectations

I cannot wear the shoes. My one heel is chaffed raw even though I ordered the shoes one size bigger than what I normally wear. I have now given it to my gardener.
