This was a great experience everything was explained well.

I emailed support to request help with how to use this platform. No one has responded and it’s been over 2 weeks. Secondly, I would like to cancel this membership but cannot find how to do so online. I find it annoying that I have to once again email support to assist me. There should be a link for persons who want to cancel their membership. It should be easy.

The experience is the learning process, I'm new to all this so I'm trying to get my client base up but with time I can become a great broker.

Persons were informative and for the most part transparent regarding the questions that I had and clarification.
