I love my watches.
I purchased a different brand of watch and it could not take my blood pressure accurately.
This watch is spot on with my blood pressure and that is only one of the great features of this watch.
Anyone who has to keep track of their blood pressure, this watch is a must have

Bought 2 watches and while most features work they won't display current time.

Love the watch but can't charge it to even wear it. Not happy cause you have to buy the charger separate. So this is a lost cause for me.

I couldn't get the watch to charge. I emailed Andreah and she was very helpful. Had some issues with my phone to hook up but everything is working perfectly. Thank you for Andreahs patience.

I got one of these, it took a little longer to get than it seemed like it should. I had some issues getting it to charge, but once all those kinks were figured out it seems to be working really well. I am really happy to have the blood pressure feature so that I can keep an eye on that. A big shout out goes to Andreah L. who has been very helpful and has given support to me. Very good service!

At first I thought the watch wouldn't charge but, I wasn't doing it right. After plugging it in differently, which didn't seem right, it started charging. When I sent an email asking questions I received a promt response.

I emailed the company about my watch but working properly, and Andreah responded very quickly, shopping out a replacement in less than 24 hours!

The three watches I ordered, two I sent to my sister in England, and the other I gave ro a friend on Camposol Spain. I have had a Fit Pro previously and found it to be an excellent watch. My sister had difficulty setting hers up. I contacted free smart band and had an answer by return. I've sent these details to my sister and and hopefully they have helped as I have not heard from her. I am going to order 5 more watches. Not being greedy I will be giving them to freinds here in Spain. Thank you.

I love the watch, it just doesn't hold a charge. They are very nice and prompt and send me a new one. Thank you for your speedy response

I am giving 5 stars for the customer service I recieved. The watches would get 4 . They are very difficult to figure out (took me 4 days to get them connected to my phone and the app). I ordered 4 watches and 1 won't hold more than 2 bars worth of charge. After contacting customer service they are replacing the watch that won't hold a charge and I was finally able to get them to connect to the app. The customer service rep was very quick to respond and helpful with her responses.

I ordered 3 watches and they are all really great and they all was easy to setup. I live them they do everything that it says it would do. Very good quality and very nice color would recommend to anyone

I wrote to let them know my watch did not hold a charge even one day and they ignored me so I'm sure they will bury this honest review of this watch!
1) Mine does not hold a charge even 24hrs!
2) The alarms don't set
3) The SMS messages don't show up on the watch
I am very disappointed as this might be one of the worst watches I have purchased and like I told them I have bought way too many watches ! They did not even respond when I wrote a nice note hoping they would say maybe I got a bad watch but they didn't!

Love my watch and works great. Fast shipping. Was easy to get it connected to my phone.

Just what I needed used a battery instead of having to upload it, I've tried that form and they kept going wrong on me as I'm not savvy with new technology.
Now I'm a happy bunny. They were easy to order and delivery was fast.
