Awful company with awful workers, don’t waste your money
I honestly wouldn’t recommend Freesmo at all. I placed an order by mistake and messaged them within about 20 seconds asking to cancel it, but they refused. Some excuse that didn’t make sense and no help at all from Amelia, who was completely unhelpful, uninformed, and rude. She just copied and pasted the same line over and over instead of speaking to me like a human.
Their own terms say cancellations can be done after confirmation, but they clearly don’t bother to follow that. They also advertise deals that are misleading, like saying you’ll get a £20 voucher when you spend £5, then refusing to follow through.
The whole experience has been a joke! They don’t follow their own policies, they ignore customers, and they clearly don’t care once they’ve got your money. Save yourself the stress and order from literally anywhere else.

As clearly stated in our email, you contacted us approximately 5 minutes after placing your order and not 20 seconds like you mentioned. By that time, the order had already been accepted and processed by our warehouse. All orders are processed immediately, and there is rarely a window for cancellation, which was communicated to you.
Regarding the Amazon voucher, the offer is only available for new customers who spend over £5 on products, excluding delivery. As your total spend was £3.22 on products, you did not meet the eligibility criteria. This information is clearly displayed on the banner on our website.
We also want to correct the inaccuracies in your review. Our Terms of Sale, Annex 1, point 2, explicitly state: “After the Order Confirmation is sent to you, the order cannot be cancelled anymore.” This information is publicly available on our website, and at no point have we failed to follow our own policies.
We take customer feedback seriously, and we are genuinely sorry you felt that our communication was rude or unhelpful. Our team always aims to assist customers professionally and clearly, and we regret if this was not your experience.
As explained in our messages to you, we are happy to process a refund if you wish to return the product which you will receive tomorrow with our next day delivery.

Shocking customer service. AVOID!
I received my order on Saturday , I was sent an illegal non chargeable device. So a fully disposable one. Upon reaching out to tell them I was disappointed as I needed the two units I purchased to be chargeable ones, I received an email this morning accusing me of lying about the product received and that it did not come from them.
At no point did I ask for a refund or replacement just expressed my disappointment in the service. So I fail to see where I would gain from taking the time to inform them of what I thought may have just been a mistake ( given the reply email , maybe they wanted old stock shifted ). Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid.

Areas for Improvement (Cons):

4 for 10 isn't mix and match
4 for 10 isn't mix and match. Only in the ranges they've categorised them in. So 4 of the same brand like doozy liquids won't work if they're in different categories of which there's like 3 of for doozy.
"Site wide" discount codes is just a lie which you only realise when you get to the checkout, even the products that come up when you click the onsite offer aren't included 😵💫 instead its just a small few, unpopular products that it works for.
Seems like a great site for first time buying and then after that its 👎.
Sent me a £5 "gesture" ONLY because i left a bad review, doesn't make up for the lies across the site.

Very Good
I've used Freesmo quite a few times now and they are very good. They did get one order wrong and sent less liquids than I'd paid for but I was refunded with credit on my account. Order arrived quickly and was packaged well.
