i can always be sure that my shipment will arrive in time, all i have to do is book the shipment and provide all info, Freightos takes care of the rest.

Consistently ship slower than promised on multiple shipments - they don't deliver the shipping route or speed you pay for.

It came to a crunch on the SEABAY shipment #S231129003290. Shipment uploaded 11/28/23 with goods ready for pickup and delivery estimated 30-40 days - latest delivery 1/8/23. Now the promise is 1/16/24 and given their track record they will be 7-14 days late on that!

We are a small business and are leaving or a tradeshow on 1/16/24 - we will have 60+ orders and a shipment to receive at the same time AGAIN!

The idea of this platform is great but it's so frustrating to use. Every time I open the site on Chrome (the default browser) and click on one of our shipments, it tries to load for a few seconds and then just redirects to the home page. EVERY TIME I have to open it in incognito mode, login, do the 2FA, grab my phone to authenticate the login, and then finally I can use the platform. It takes way too long and has been a bug for almost a year, can't believe they still haven't addressed it.

Haven't placed an order yet (will soon), but their website user experience design, helpful information availability, and customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. It's made all the previously overwhelming complexities and decision-making around importing products as a small business so much easier to navigate with confidence.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This was my first shipment, and they guided me every step of the way. The system is easy to navigate. The chat responses are prompt and knowledgeable. The variety of offers was excellent as well. I chose Silver Streak Logistics and have nothing but praise for them, too. The boxes were picked up in Germany on Monday and arrived on Wednesday at their destination in the US, all intact. I never thought that would be possible. Freightos and Silver Streak did it!

After stressing for years trying to find the best price, and avoid random charges/scams/fees from shipping companies and brokers, FreightOS make the process so simple. I would hate going back to anything else

Dont trust this company the know fraud perfectly i books shipment for delivery 4 pallets of tves and the notified my shipment are tves i gave the Commercial invoice and store invoice and details in all was showing my shipment are tves so the sold me insurance for my tves and the give me insurance certificate so during delivery they broke all my tves and when claim they said we dont cover tves so they sold insurance for something they dont cover and also sent me additional bills and they said my big warehouse is residential that is so funny they say that so are lier and fraud companies and very careful to work with them

HIghly recommend this company for your shipments. This was our first shipment from China to UK and we were definitely nervous about getting the paperwork and processes correct to avoid delays etc. Freightos could not have made this any easier, also the quotes available for our shipment were considerably cheaper than anything we could find elsewhere, and that's without all the extra support that comes with the Freightos platform.

I love how quickly and smoothly I can get pickups for all shipments. Trucking companies are usually in constant communication or any needs. The deduction of one star, is that some locations aren't covered and I have to look elsewhere to book at times.

The company knew my shipment was from a residence gave me a quote I paid it then they wanted a copy of licenses. I tried to call 8 times during their business hrs no answered. I got a text and I was told the job was sent out I had to call them instead. The worst customer service and honestly just liars. I can’t say it enough do not do business with them, I will be contacting the BBB.
