I’ve ordered so many of these sweatshirts both the velvets and the regular sweatshirts. The quality is very good.
I order xl for my 26 lb Frenchie. Fits perfect.
Shipping takes so long though so keep that in mind. Shipping directly from China and takes about two weeks to get

Quality is good, but quite pricey when postage is added.
Material is not the same on similar products.

My review is based on quality of products, as I am purchasing for our Frenchie that will be in our future! Think baby shower!
I absolutely love this company’s high quality products and that the hoodies, hats, and pajamas are organic cotton.
I want their hoodies for myself, except, oh that’s right, I’m a human!
It seems very rare these days, to see high quality matched with a reasonable price point. I feel this company delivers.
For me personally, I prefer the pajamas that don’t have the Frenchie face on them, because it has a plastic feel. They are cute though!
I hope patterns that have sold out will be restocked, because they are adorable!

I went to put my boys harness on him like I do every morning and it wouldn’t latch. On inspection one of the metal fasteners had broken off. Very disappointed and now my boy is without his harness and I can’t afford another one.

The hoodie that I bought for my "Precious" frenchie fits her perfectly! The stretch in the material around the belly area will allow for her to continue to grow and still fit into this garment very comfortably. It allowed her to stay warm when the morning temperatures dropped to the 30's (Fahrenheit). Precious had no problem trotting around outside to go "potty" as she wasn't cold AND the hoodie actually kept her bat ears warm until she was ready to come back into the house. Did I mention it is also stylish? I feel I have to get a top to match HER now!

I am trying to return a great product because it did not fit my petite French Bulldog.

The harness was too bulky and did not fit well.

The Fenchie store is attempting to give me store credit. I have since found a replacement that does fit.

So I am paying $40 to write a bad review as store credit is just not a viable option for me.

I won't be ordering again.

I would like my refund.

I love this harness design. After many years of owning frenchies we have wore so many brands and when we tried the frenchie store we were immediately hooked. It is so strong and well designed. And two looks for the price of one make it well worth it. Not to mention it is approved and recommended by veterinarians.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I’ve sent half a dozen emails and have yet to get even a reply. Products are ok but I prefer other harnesses. Won’t be buying any more from them that’s for sure!

The harness was too small, I've written 3 emails in the last 8 days trying to get an exchange or authorization for a refund, but no one has bothered to reply to my emails. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully find a resolution. HORRIBLE customer service.

I hv asked multiple times on how to return this bundle and am being ignored i want to return for full refund asap please advise

Zero customer support. My Frenchie recently had BOAS surgery to open up his airways. I bought a “health” harness and matching leash from this “store”. I measured my boy and purchased the harness that I thought would fit him best. I mean, I thought this “store” catered to French Bulldogs. They should know how they’re built, no? Well - the harness fits his chest area beautifully, but I feel like the neck is just a little too snug. I sent an email to the “support” email on the receipt the day I got the harness expressing this concern. No response. I sent a second email over a week later. No response. This company claims to do exchanges and returns. All I wanted to do was exchange the harness. I now feel really weird about this “store” and it makes me sad because I wanted to purchase so many things. I love the items they have, and the quality is really nice. But now I’m going to find a way to report this place. Why should I get stuck with something? Especially when the company claims to do exchanges? My boy was so excited to wear this harness. How do you sleep at night knowing you disappointed my sweet little Frenchie?

Nice dog shirt, like the fact it can go over his harness. It's a little big now but will fit him perfectly soon!
