Excellent service and updates on my order

Teapot arrived in a timely fashion, well packed and just what I wanted.

This is my fav shop in Brentwood. They are so friendly and helpful. Their stock is just gorgeous, great for gifts and beautiful house/garden pieces. Highly recommended a visit, shop local!

Having placed my order during their family holiday I received an email explaining my delivery wouldn't be until later than expected. Replying that I did actually require the order within that time they managed to make an exception and post it to me. This personalised, conscientious and honest service was so refreshing and meant a lot! I've worked in customer service all my working life and get frustrated when I get robotic insensitive service so this meant so much and will of course make me a return customer who will be sure to recommend their business and website. Thank You!!
