It's sold as a natural toothpaste without harmful chemicals, and it has fluoride in it!
And the toothbrush feels like rubber under your hands and when you put it on your teeth it feels like plastic, mostly, it's horrible for me and I won't use it!

Regarding the toothpaste: our formula is natural, and we also offer a fluoride-free version for everyone who prefers it. All other ingredients are natural, and it’s completely up to each customer to choose what fits their routine best.
About the toothbrush: we always communicate that our bristles are made from TPU rubber, a different material than the nylon you may be used to. Because of that, the first impression can feel unusual. TPU is softer, more flexible and much gentler on the gums, while also polishing the tooth surface. Many users need a few days to adjust, and then really enjoy the difference.

Doesn't clean property between teeth
Had this toothbrush for almost 2 months. It's a really smart idea and the design of the whole toothbrush is great. But unfortunately it doesn't clean between teeth properly. A lot of food stays in between teeth. With my regular brush this doesn't happen.
It massages the gums great but I can not use a toothbrush that leaves a lot of food left in my mouth. The brush is just too soft to clean between teeth.
If you have sensitive gums I recommend to use TePe Xtra soft toothbrushes which I have been using for years. But I liked this whole plastic idea with fresh32 idea and that is why I wanted to test it.
*After your response:
I am of course using dental floss and interdental brushes - both morning and evening. Before I start brushing my teeths. And when I'm brushing with regular brush it removes some more food. With your brush unfortunately it doesn't reach between the teeth to remove the remaining food.. :(

You’re absolutely right that cleaning between the teeth is important, but the main job of every toothbrush (including ours) is to clean the tooth surface effectively while being gentle on the gums. For the spaces between teeth, dental floss and interdental brushes are essential and should be part of any daily oral-care routine. No toothbrush, regardless of stiffness, can replace that step - it’s a necessary part of keeping the mouth truly clean.

Ščetka je primerna samo za poliranje. Ne doseže vseh kotičkov v ustih saj je preokorna. Kovinski ročaj je popolnoma ne primeren saj ob hitrejšem umivanju zadeva v zobe, občutek pa je grozen.

Razumemo, da je občutek na začetku lahko drugačen, saj 3D Bristle dynamics™ tehnologija deluje povsem drugače kot klasične najlon ščetke.
Kar se tiče kotičkov in medzobnih prostorov: TPU ščetine se med nežnim pritiskom razprejo in prilagodijo obliki zoba, za medzobne prostore pa je tako kot pri vseh ščetkah – nujno uporabljati tudi zobno nitko.
Glede kovinskega ročaja: teža je namerna, saj pomaga pri bolj kontroliranem gibu in zmanjšuje potrebo po pritisku. Tudi zadevanje ob zobe je pri katerikoli ščetki škodljivo za zobe, zato je pri ščetkanju vedno pomembna kontrola in natančnost.

Ščetka je odlična. Še nikoli do zdaj nisem imela boljše izkušnje za tak denar. Zobje so čisti, hkrati pa mi je še zobarca predkratkim rekla, da res dobr drgnem zobe seveda pod to štejem, da je pripomogla ščetka. Vrhunska za zadeva za low budget :) toplo priporočam.

One of the best purchases of the year
One of the best purchases of the toothbrush! I decided to buy the package for the whole year, and the package arrived in just two days, so nicely packed and colourful! The tooth brush is so beautiful and leaves my tooth clean, smooth. Feels so nice! The only problem I have is to pick the right colour, since all are sooo nice!

When you mention it felt a bit rough at first, do you maybe mean the weight of the handle? Our metal handle is intentionally heavier, because the extra weight improves ergonomics and brushing control. Most users get used to it within a few days and then actually prefer the balanced feel ✨
