This company is a joke. They misadvertise their pricing and bait n switch customers. If you decided to change anything about your order - even one minute after it was placed, they fall radio silent and ship it anyway. STAY AWAY
Subscribed to the free trial and then cancelled, billed me twice without authorisation. No option to log in and cancel and completely unresponsive support. Have now had to cancel my card completely and change billing info everywhere! Complete pain.

absolute scammers, they fish your credit card info and you are not allowed to login, after they stole your info they will bill you for months and months
as others have said, this company has actually been blatantly scamming customers. Google the company & scam, you will see the results. How they haven't been shut down yet is incredible.
What a bunch of thieves, you sign up for a 7 day trial, can't login so you cancel true the contact form but they keep collecting my money. please look at another service because these guys are absolute SCAMMERS!
SCAMMERS!!! Don´t make the same mistake. Stay away from both freshdrop.net and freshdrop.com. 60-days free period is just a scam, thye will bill you and it is literally not possible to unsubscribe. If you try to contact them you´ll be redirected to their Kayako hepldesk account which is not working. It will generate a ticket but nobody will bother to solve it. SCAMMERS!!!
Absolute scammers, they lure you in for a free trial, but you will never have the change to log in, then they will bill you for the next month. Totally unresponsive, no email or phone number on their website.
