Food is decent so far, but delivery timeframe is terrible. Scheduled delivery is only Fridays with the backup being Saturday. Deliveries should happen thursday with backup Friday. So when you don’t get your package Friday or Saturday (like what happened this week), you now have to wait till Monday and then throw it away and be without the meals for entire week. Yes, they said they would refund my money, but now I am without my meals for an entire week. You give them plenty of lead time with orders having to be in by Sunday, i entered my order on Tuesday the week before (9 days before shipping). I am going to give it 1-2 more weeks, but I may move to factor where they let you choose your delivery date.

My meals did not ship.
You charged my account but did not ship my meals. That really sucks since I am on a budget and did this so I would not have to buy additional food to eat.

I used fresh n lean maybe 5 or 6 years ago and it was the healthiest point in my life. I lost a lot of weight doing the Paleo meal plan after like a year or more I kind of got a bit bored of the meals and then tried to do it again after taking a break but the meals hadn’t changed so I stopped using them. After years of doing Keto on my own I wanted to go back to Paleo and headed to fresh n lean again and Im so glad I did. I’m only the first week in but every meal I have had has been on par. They really know how to keep everything vacuum sealed nicely, years ago many meals were not vacuumed as well as they are now. Plus the vegetables are hearty vegatables in comparison so I’m thrilled with the changes I have seen so far!

- i have Parkinson’s Disease. I needed a nutritious meal each day.
- Fresh N Lean has many good choices and expands the list frequently.
- there have been some minor problems but they have worked hard to correct them.
- delivery has been consistently good.

I love getting the Fresh meals.
I don't have to worry much about buying ingredients to make one dish and having to use the same things over and over again before they go bad. So I get more variety in my daily diet.

I am loosing weight and not having to cook. Breakfast is best

This is the second consecutive week my meals arrived four days late. To say I'm frustrated is understated.
Never had these problems before.
Additionally, if I might add- the quality of food is distinctly different now compared to when I first started my subscription.

Jenny was kind, quick, attentive, and able to resolve my issue within moments. Excellent customer service is a MAJOR reason to choose to either stay or not stay with a company, and for now, I’m staying with Fresh N’ Lean! Thank you

I received 4 incorrect meals this week. I receive incorrect meals much too often to continue using your meal service.

Almost 3 months on the plan and, we are impressed with the food quality as well as the high packaging standards. No delays. Sometimes you may not get what you exactly picked:) but the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall highly recommended!

The food is healthy and tastes great! The selection is very good now and constantly improving as well.
Delivery is reliable and packaged well. Very pleased!

I want to congratulate you on much improvement on meals taste since I started with Fresh n Lean 2 years ago. They are now very good and I actually look forward to eating them now. That was not always the case in the past. Please keep up the good work. You have a good thing going. Thanks!

Hreat overall and I get the meals I selected and on time. However if go out of town and try to cancel fir that time, I het a notice saying meals are on there way and I'm charged for it. Need an easier way to cancel meals.

Couldn’t get ahold of a customer service person so I left a message and have not heard back since. Problems are normally resolved but it just takes way longer than most companies. I just wish the response time was faster, for calls and emails.

The service is exactly what I needed. Great tasting food, convenient, and quick to prepare. Customer service has also been excellent.
