Fill is one of the tools I use every day.
Pro:
- Excellent UI and UX. I really like their sidebar
- New Prioritization feature is innovative
- The team is professional

Cons:
- Jira interationis one way sync
- The development speed is not so fast

We recently moved from User Voice to Frill after evaluating 16 other options.

It came down to having the right mix of features we needed; embeddable widget, roadmap and ideas forum.

Due to peculiarities of our product, we had problems getting the widget to work properly and Mike and his team worked with our team to resolve the problem, they helped inspect our code to identify an issue and made two releases over a couple of weeks to get us going.

Right from the start, Frill has been helpful and responsive and I highly recommend checking them out. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Frill is such a neat tool to help organize and publish documentation, user feedback, product roadmaps and changelogs. It does this by providing a single web interface to aggregate these resources in one place. We believe that it makes creating easy-to-understand guides for users about the features of your product much easier.

The thing that stands out the most about Frill is its simplicity. The UI and UX is elegant. In other words, it's just beautiful. Not to mention it's simple to use and works out of the box. It also comes with an handy announcement widget which can be embedded on the site for users to stay informed of any necessary updates.

I'd say it's a pretty solid product and the team are always willing to take feedback. With Frill in your arsenal, it brings immense value that will help you build a great relationship with your customers.

Frill is a really simple feedback, roadmap and announcements tool.

It's quite easy to use and navigate since the UI/UX is beautiful, straightforward and not convoluted like others I've seen. Frill kind of reminds me of Notion which is a big compliment to their developers.

I can recommend the platform and team 100%.

I have to say that I love this product. It's not just a feedback tool, it's also a roadmap& announcement tool. I feel more connected to my customers than ever before and they seem more satisfied too! The customer service team is responsive and helps me with anything I need.

Friends referred to me it is a must have for company roadmap/announcement. Even though I'm only using for my own agency, I'm sure it will come in handy. It is also a better product and deal compare to the competitor productstash.

I already have a product stash but two things attracted me towards Frill one is that they are more visionary and they have webhooks and their own roadmap seems good to jump on it.
