The deposit process is simple and you can get going right away, of course. The verification process can take a bit of time but once done, they’ll typically allow you one or two withdrawals at a limit of £500 a time before they pull the rug from under you.

If you get lucky and win a decent amount like I did (£3500) they will zero your balance and use some random clause from their T&C’s as the reason. Their customer service and payment teams response times are awful. It has just taken me well over a week to receive £500 before my next £500 withdrawal and remaining balance of £3000 were wiped out.

They are based in Costa Rica. Costa Rica does not have a central governing body that handles complaints from customers. Instead, Costa Rican online gaming companies govern themselves, which leaves players at the mercy of individual operators when it comes to disputes.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Woeful. Don't waste your money!! You can deposit as much as you want but they won't verify you so you won't be able to complete any withdrawals, total scam. Been trying to contact them for weeks about verifying my account but no response. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Still have not received my €19k owed and they are now quoting sone term where someone cannot bet 30% more than their smallest deposit?!?!

This means this is categorically a scam as you have to risk 70% of your deposit and give them the money which they will NOT pay you!!!

If you deposit £100,£1000 and say £500,their ‘terms’ are that you cannot bet anymore than £30 and if you do,it js void.This is so fraudulent it beggars belief as what they do is to get people to deposit money and then makes excuses not to pay them and you have no chance of ever getting paid as they only allow €500 every 10 days to be withdrawn.

If you want to literally throw money away - bet with Famagousta BV as they want to take money in and as there are no regulations in Costa Rica (yet) they just want to rob people.

Also and CRITICALLY all the positive reviews on here are fake as they all have one review??????

So all these people who have said it is a good site have reviewed just one service in their life????

I will plough on and get my money off these gangsters or bring their owners to justice if my life depends on it!!!

Worst casino ever , I have won over £40k then lost to £12k( those found wasn’t related to any bonus ) , I have place a withdrawal of £500 as that’s the limit on their site after a week they have provided the withdrawal and immediately after it has been processed they have removed the £12k from my account , in the first place they said that players with only 1 deposit can win maximum of 15x of initial deposit, so I have prove to them that I made more the 1 deposit , then they came out with another excuse about max wins from the bonus but the money in my account wasn’t related to any bonus so that’s wahat I have send to them and ask for a brake down statement and how the calculate the deduction, after that obviously the haven’t replied they just closed my account, so yes they have robbed me for £12k

Nice site but the bonuses are a bit confusing. I thought I was getting free spins but turns out it needed a code I didn’t see. Still playable but needs better clarity.

It’s okay but not perfect. They’ve got a good variety of games but I had a tough time verifying my account. Took them a few days to approve my documents.
