Bought a strapping machine from this company and they were very helpful from start to finish! They even rang me after a couple of months to see how the machine was travelling. Excellent service!

After the initial query
After the initial query, Tom Lynch was quick to offer a better product, was on site within a couple of days to showcase the tool and when we ordered the product was in hand and training had been completed within a day or two.
The strapping tool has now been in operation for three weeks with no complaints or questions thanks to thorough training.

Service from Fromm is very good
Service from Fromm is very good. Their serviceman, Ash, is very proactive in ensuring we have strapper heads ready for service and provides good feedback on head condition. He is always willing to assist us in any way and does an excellent job of supporting out operation.

I have been dealing with Steve in Sydney for nearly 2 years and I have always received excellent customer service, not just from him but all the staff at Fromm, good customer service is a novelty these days, a lost art! Please keep it up.

Dependable supplier of quality packaging equipment
As a supplier and manufacturer of quality end of line packaging solutions, we at Fibre King needed to partner with other quality equipment suppliers for important parts of our systems.
For a number of years we have chosen equipment from FROMM PACKAGING AUSTRALIA not only because of its quality but also for the support they offer; starting with budget pricing, technical specifications and after sales continuing maintenance.
