I ordered a ECU from this business and before committing to buy, I stated that I was in a time sensitive situation with my car sitting at the mechanics shop. I was told that the ECU would be programmed and shipped out in 2-8 days, but If I'd leave a review, the rep would make sure to escalate the order. Well...It's been over 3 weeks with literally zero communication from this company. No phone calls, no email, nothing. I called earlier this week to stress my frustration and promised to have an update within 24-48hrs because they had to do "extra programming" (a bunch of crap they tell everyone apparently). Guess what....nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service. Needless to say my car has been stuck at my mechanic for over a month and now I'm being threatened with storage charges, which I can't complain about because my car is blocking valuable company space for a month now. This has been the absolute worst experience ever and I'm starting to think I've been scammed. Buyer beware.

I really think you could have taken the time to put a coat of paint on it . Didn't think it would look as used as it does.have Install it. Hope it doesn't work like it looks.I'm going have to paint it myself first.
