Nous serions les seuls pour qui l'expérience était désastreuse ! c'est étrange !
nous avons payé 115 euros pour 2 personnes pour la visite ENTIERE des pyramides de Gizeh et du Sphinx avec transfert de notre hôtel, qui était à à peine 1 km....
Résultat : on nous a servi une prestation de 34 euros pour la journée (preuves à l'appui) et nous n'avons même pas pu rentrer dans les pyramides, alors que nous avions payé pour çà ! imaginez notre déception !
nous avons contacté le lendemain, FTS TRAVELS SUPPORT et à ce jour nous attendons ...au moins un dédommagement .... c'est honteux !
un conseil, débrouillez vous sans eux, c'est tout à fait possible.

Nous avons apprécié notre journee sur les sites culturels ainsi que ses explications. Nous avons grandement apprécié les différentes activités papyrus ,épices, huiles essentielles. Notre chauffeur incroyablement super sympas et très souriant. Bref juste merci pour cette journee magiques.

Przewodnik Salma był bardzo miły i otwarty, bardzo ciekawie opowiadał o historii swojego kraju, spędziliśmy bardzo milo czas na wspólnym zwiedzaniu zabytków, płynnie przeszliśmy przez proces robienia olejków oraz mieliśmy przyjemnosc skosztować tamtejszych przypraw oraz herbat.
Jeśli chodzi o firme Fts Travels, organizacja wycieczki byla na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Kontakt bardzo szybki, transfer z hotelu i do hotelu tak jak było umówione. Transfer między atrakcjami także odbywał sie w nienagannej atmosferze.
Z ręką na sercu mogę polecic !

FTS is a fantastic company which I thougherly recomend I used this company to go to Cairo with 3 of my friends for a vist to the pyramid and visit to the museum. From the picking up at the hotel to arriving back at the hotel our experience was fantastic
Amr the first guid was found him. funny and very interesting firstly we had a boat ride on the Nile and we were allowed to drive the boat a little.
Our coach driver Kaled was awsome and looked after us with endless supplies of cold bottled water and cans of cold coke.
Our tour guild Salma was fantastic at her job and her knowledge and passing on the information to us was incredible highly recomend using this company.

This trip was wonderful. Everyone from the beginning to the end went out of their way to make our day so special. From our tour leader, Amr, on the Nile boat trip (with the fun Titanic theme), to Salma, our amazing, knowledgeable tour guide - with her fabulous attention to detail to the fun quizzes to see what we had learnt. Not to forget our private driver, Kaled, the safest bus driver in Egypt. This is recommended to everyone.

The whole trip from start to finish has been outstanding. Kaled the driver is a very experienced driver, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much for him at all. Amr, took us on a boat trip down the Nile. Again very knowledgeable and very friendly, our guide Salma was amazing again nothing was to much for her. The photos she captured were fantastic. Highly recommend this tour and company. So friendly.
