that is the single strangest and ill fitting T-shirt I've ever bought in 50 years. Material is still and uncomfortable and it's so wide I questioned if it was accidentally a 2XL. Terrible shirt.

The tee you ordered is our Essential, which is designed as a lightweight everyday option using 153gsm cotton — this is intentional for that style, but we completely understand it may not be what every customer is looking for.
For customers who prefer a more substantial feel, our Heavyweight range is made from 280gsm cotton — nearly double the weight — giving a much more premium, opaque finish. We'd love for you to experience the difference.

I was a bit wary when I saw these t…
I was a bit wary when I saw these t shirts advertised on Facebook. But designs were great and other reviews also backed up the quality. Delivery took a very long time but the quality of the 2 t shirts and print is outstanding. Sizing is accurate and fits very well. Really pleased I took the plunge. Would recommend.

These are cheap
These are cheap, mass market shirts and they have a horrible return policy.

We'll be honest: as a made-to-order business at this stage of our journey, our return policy is more restrictive than we'd ideally like it to be, and we completely understand that's frustrating. It's something we hope to improve as we grow.
It's also worth knowing that not all of our tees are the same — our Essential Tee is a lightweight style at 153gsm, while our Heavyweight range is made from 280gsm cotton, giving a completely different look and feel. If the weight wasn't quite what you were expecting, our Heavyweight options may be a much better fit.
We've also made real changes based on customer feedback — earlier versions used DTF printing, but we've since switched to DTG for a noticeably softer, more comfortable finish.

Completely miserable and no refund policy, Shipping from China had to Pick it up at the post office Disput Consierge in my House.

Regarding our refund policy, we do offer replacements or refunds in cases of misprints or product quality issues. However, we’re unable to process refunds for sizing-related concerns, assuming that was the case, which is why we always recommend carefully checking the sizing guide provided on each product page before ordering.
We also want to be transparent that many of our products are produced and shipped from overseas. This isn’t about cutting corners—it’s where we’ve found the most consistent quality, accurate print results, and efficient production times. That said, we do also work with a selection of local partners across the UK, EU, and US for certain items.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during delivery. Unfortunately, once the parcel reaches your country, the final delivery (or “last mile”) is handled by local carriers, and this part of the process is outside of our direct control.

Great company - great service

The oversized, boxy fit is intentional in our designs, but we completely understand it can catch people off guard and isn't to everyone's taste. For that reason, we always recommend checking our sizing guide before ordering, as it gives a much clearer picture of the fit you can expect.

The wide, boxy fit is intentional in our designs, but we completely understand it isn't for everyone and we're sorry it wasn't what you were expecting. On the feel of the fabric — we hear you. We actually discontinued our washed fabric style specifically because of inconsistencies in softness that some customers experienced. It wasn't meeting the standard we hold ourselves to, so we made the call to pull it. We're sorry you received one before that change was made.
