The actual company was very good and professional very quick delivery but the delivery company I’m very disappointed with. I have a disability and they wouldn’t help carry the mattress up 12 stairs that was straight even though my daughter helped the man carry in from the street but the company I can’t fault and quality of the Mattress . I can’t fault it’s just the courier service

Staff went above and beyond to turn our picture to reality. Very neat and designed to precision. Bed was perfect, service was also impressive

I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with this company. Their customer service is excellent, and the beds they offer are of high quality. I initially purchased a bed and a mattress, but after a few weeks, I realized the mattress wasn't suitable for my back. I contacted the company, and they replaced it for me at no extra cost. What's more, they personally delivered it since the courier company's delivery date was later, and I needed the mattress urgently. Many thanks to Fuego for their exceptional service!

Great company, the bed is super comfortable & wasn’t really too expensive either. I’d recommend these guys if you’re looking for a new bed for a new home as they send fabric samples pretty quick.
