Adrian , the tech from Crawley was superb. He called me within 20 mins of me calling the helpline , gave me an ETA and kept me updated , as he was some way away when tasked. He drained the tank , refilled with the correct fuel and had me running again within 2 hours of me making the call. I cannot fault him or the service. It made a stressful experience a lot more bearable. Price was good - £180 all in , including fresh fuel to get me going. About £100 cheaper than the AA ! Many thanks

Jim Cullen is an absolute legend. He arrived in Edinburgh within an hour of our call, bringing such professionalism and reassurance. My partner was really flustered, but Jim’s calm demeanor made all the difference. He quickly resolved our issue—removing diesel from our petrol car that had broken down on the roadside—with zero fuss. If you see this, Jim, thank you again! You truly saved us a lot of stress. I managed to make the mistake of putting 15 quid of high octane fuel in my diesel mercedes citan. It's fair to say this was very stressful. After being recommended by a local garage I called fuel doctor and had the pleasure of meeting Jim C. He came first thing in the morning and cleaned out the engine removing all the petrol which I mistakenly added. He got the van running in no time at all and can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend Jim

Gary from nuneaton responded to me very foolishly putting diesel in a petrol car, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me of the process whilst he was doing his work and put me straight at ease. Gary is a credit to your company! Very efficient and did the job superbly. I hope never to have to use the service again lol but would 100% go with fuel doctor again worst case scenario.

I foolishly put diesel in my petrol car. Yesterday I phoned Fuel Doctor at 5.30pm. Within 10 minutes of that call Jim Cullen telephoned to arrange to do the necessary to correct my mistake. My car was in a garage that closed at 6pm so he arranged to deal with it this morning.
Jim phoned me at 11am the following morning to advise job done. I am very relieved and happy my error was corrected so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone who makes a fuel error.

Had a so called technician show up I believe was drunk! Strong smell of alcohol. He tried to drain my vehicle after showing up 2 hours late he proceeded to drain and flush the adblue out of my vehicle. He couldn’t get it started so I phoned the rac which came out promptly and told me adblue was still in the system so I’m back to square one! After reading that it can not be sorted after 3 days my vehicle is now in main dealer costing me thousands please don’t use this company!!!!!

Thanks to Jim (Bathgate) for coming out really promptly to help me out after I daftly put petrol in my diesel car. Answered quickly and stayed in touch which was a great reassurance, was out within the hour. Really appreciate the help and getting me back safely on the road 10/10

The technician [Gary/Nuneaton] arrived ten minutes earlier than estimate, explained my problem/how to fix it, fixed the problem, waited until I restarted my vehicle.

Such a relief to know I could get someone out within the hour of putting the wrong fuel in my car. I was stuck with my dogs and it was a warm day. Joesph attended within the hour and he was absolutely fantastic. He pushed my car from the pump off the forecourt, and back again after he had drained the wrong fuel and we needed to refuel. He was so kind and helpful, he even stayed to make sure I drove away ok. Outstanding service. Yes, it's £160 (plus the cost of the wrong fuel I'd put in), so all in all an expensive mistake, but I feel this service was worth it. Thank you.

Put petrol in my diesel car in Perth Scotland. Phoned the fuel doctor call centre and they arranged Jim to contact me. He got back to me straight away and informed me how much it would be and how long for him to arrive. He arrived promptly and sorted my car efficiently. Even stayed to make sure the refueling went ok and I got on my way. Can't thank him enough for helping me and very reasonably priced compared to other companies.

Quick attendance - with us in 35 minutes - £80 cheaper than going through RAC (who use them anyway)
