Fuelwise Fuel Cards Avaliações

Dealt with Hannah who keeps me updated every week easy to deal with and willing to work along side you great service !!

I opened an account with Fuelwise and I have been dealing with Robert Cecil who has consistently kept me informed of fuel price increases and other products they have on offer I’m giving them a 5 star review primarily for consistency in communication with myself as I’m a startup company I need all the backup from such a great company and excellent employees and the experience in dealing with them.
Thank you guys for such a great service looking forward to adding more cars to my Fleet in the future.

Easy to set up. Delighted with service so far

Found all the team very helpful, Karen and Colum along with all the staff treat you very well as a customer and follow up regularly. Very good transition highly recommended

This fuel card is a rip off. So much cheaper at the pumps.
When I complained they offered me a price 23% over the opposition pump price. Just cancelled all cards.
no confirmation received of the cancellation as yet.

Nothing an issue... anything I needed was sorted in a few hours

Fuel consistently more expensive on the card than at the pumps! I have requested my account to be closed but have been ignored!

I dealt with Abi on this matter about receiving a fuel card, the experience was exceptional and made easy, everything was explained before and after receiving the card, which leads me to say that the after sales service was also excellent.

Good company to deal with and highly recommended

The great service we have consistently received from this company, especially Hannah, has lead us to move all our fuel cards and telematics requirements across to Fuelwise.

Here in Total Vehicle Logistics
we are a young, fresh company, but with over 30 staff all needing fuel purchasing and vehicle tracking solutions all over the UK and Ireland, we need a dynamic and service focused company to help us with our continuous growth.

Hannah is not only on point to help us with our existing account portfolio, but is helping us get more from Fuelwise by tailoring the services to our specific needs into the future.

I changed fuel cards earlier in year.
Hassle free and very competitive pricing.

Colum top man to deal with and a great account manager with a courtesy call every so often to check in and make sure it's all going well .

Just started in 2024, excellent service, Robert great to deal with and offers all the support you need

Using fuel wise a few years now, good competitive prices. Hannah Reeves is good crack, always happy to help and great at her job.

Great company to deal with spoke to Robert and from the word go nothing was a hassle good to talk to someone direct and explain everything to me 10 outta 10

Easy to deal with on the phone..always want to help

Great salesperson, good customer service! Nothing is a problem to Hannah .

I have always been dealing with Hannah reeves at fuelwise and is pleasant and very professional at all times and looks after my account and gives me the best deal 10/10

Such a pleasure to deal with Karen in fuelwise. Everything is very smooth and having a direct line to deal with any query that may arise, makes life very easy for us. Having someone that actually wants to help and accommodate really takes the pressure off. Out of the blue now and then asking “are you happy with everything” goes to show that Fuelwise are committed more to customer service and not totally sales driven.

Robert provided fantastic service. So quick, easy and simple!

A hassle free company with competitive prices on weekly basis, meeting our demands within a Quarrying industry. Excellent customer service, with an appointed account manager (Karen). A pleasure to deal with.
