Esperienza mista (climatizzazione)
Nel 2019 ho installato personalmente (sono esperta) uno split serie ARYG18 canalizzato da 18000 BTU per uno studio professionale di ca. 40 mq, ovviamente a regola d'arte. L'impianto per adesso ha sempre funzionato senza mai dare problemi, e devo dirlo, con estrema efficienza, consumi molto bassi e buona silenziosità sia in riscaldamento che in condizionamento. Quindi il mio voto dovrebbe essere 10.
Uniche pecche riscontrate:
1. L'unità non ha alcun potere deumidificante, neppure in modalità Deumidificazione non si produce alcun condensato, e questo rappresenta un problema in estate, specialmente con clima afoso (temperatura sui 30 gradi e oltre ed RH di 80 o superiore). Da accurate indagini, il problema è dovuto al fatto che tali unità a inverter, per garantire efficienza energetica, hanno un evaporatore che non raggiunge quasi mai temperature sufficientemente basse da produrre condensato e quindi deumidificazione. Ne deduco quindi che tutti i produttori che offrono una funzione di deunidificazione lo facciano solo a scopo di marketing. Peccato, alcune semplici modifiche al software della scheda di controllo avrebbero potuto risolvere questo problema (funzionamento intermittente a bassa velocità con temperatura evaporatore molto bassa). Sarò costretta ad installare un'unità deumidificante addizionale, il che non è certo energeticamente efficiente !!!
2. Non c'è dialogo con l'azienda. Ogni tentativo di discutere il problema di cui sopra viene cestinato e ti rimandano ai centri assistenza (coi quali, si sa, sarebbe solo tempo sprecato e magari pure soldi).
3. Il display del pannello di controllo non disponde di alcuna retroilluminazione, e specie se collocato in penombra rende difficile la lettura anche per chi come me ha la vista buona
4. Il pannello di controllo non indica la temperatura ambiente ma solo quella impostata, e secondo me questa è una *grave* lacuna per ogni impianto di condizionamento ! Dover installare in termometro digitale addizionale è altrettanto stupido, a mio avviso !
Fujitsu now called General HVAC solutions
I purchased a split unit system from Fujitsu who is now called General HVAC Solutions. It worked for only a few months . I of course am under waranty and called for an authorized dealer. For seven months and the entire Winter no one was able to diagnos the problem. They have now concluded that is the compressor, but guess what that compressor has been backordered for seven months now. They do not make good on their warranties. They do not back their product. Seems like there is only one manager , her name is MIchele. She does not follow through on what she promises. SHe promised a new compressor. That was a lie. Customer service is unhelpful and antagonistic.
This company is the absolute worst. Stay far away . Their system also does not have a safety feature to shut off if gas is leaking . It will keep running until the compressor dies and then try to tell you different

I installed a Fujitsu split system with two outdoor compressors and five indoor heads. I was told Fujitsu was “almost as reliable as Mitsubishi” and backed by a 10‑year warranty. That turned out to be completely misleading. After only seven years of extremely light use, two indoor heads developed coil leaks—an unacceptable failure rate for a system in this price range.
But the real disaster is Fujitsu’s so‑called “warranty.” It’s essentially a shell game designed so the customer pays for everything while Fujitsu avoids all responsibility.
To get warranty parts, you must hire a contractor at your own expense just to diagnose the problem. Then the contractor must order parts through independent distributors who have zero obligation to honor Fujitsu’s warranty. These distributors demand full upfront payment for the parts—so you pay again for something that is supposedly covered.
After the repair, you’re forced to pay to ship the defective parts back. Once those parts leave your hands, you lose all control. The distributor has no incentive whatsoever to return anything to Fujitsu because they already got your money. And even if they do send the parts back, there is no guarantee Fujitsu will reimburse them. And even if reimbursement happens, there is no guarantee your contractor will ever pass that money back to you. You may end up chasing people for months or taking them to small claims court.
This is not a warranty. It’s a maze designed to exhaust the customer until they give up. Fujitsu hides behind layers of distributors and contractors so they never have to deal with the defective equipment they sold. Instead of sending a qualified technician or handling claims directly like a reputable manufacturer, Fujitsu dumps the entire burden—costs, logistics, risk—onto the homeowner.
After going through this process, it’s obvious why so many contractors refuse to work with Fujitsu systems anymore. The equipment fails early, and the warranty is practically unusable
This company runs dodgy cash back…
This company runs dodgy cash back offers if you buy their units. When you go to claim they keep asking for receipts, proof of payment, etc,etc even though you have already supplied them with everything they have asked for and more. Don't waste your time with this dodgy company.

Laptop ruined all my work
Fujitsu Lifebook E449 turned off during battery discharge when i was asleep. Electricity cuts off often daily. It doesn't hold charge at all during idle use. Bad hardware optimization, bad Windows system caring battery usage and it's energy plans, bad designed laptop during load usage. 2 hours of battery life, same as Fujitsu Lifebook U7410 or even worse. Lost entire irreplaceable unsaved work twice, nothing is recovered. Very angry, costed enough of my life. Never again.

Los compramos específicamente para usarlos por wifi en nuestra casa de vacaciones... y son completamente inútiles. En serio, y su supuesto servicio de asistencia no sirve de nada porque no responden.
No solo son inútiles, sino que, aunque nadie consigue que funcionen por wifi, cortan el wifi, lo que afecta a todo lo demás.

Apparently unable to fix an intermittent problem I…
This is tge 3rd time in 21/2 years I have had problems. The fist the handset died and the louvres were not working and unit intermittently working. Came out charged me over $200 + about $150 new handset.
Next time ( summer) I used same problem. Got a free service when it happened again due to so close to last service. Now after purchasing handset less than 14 months ago it died again only to resurrect several hours later. Couldn't do anything with the access panel for filters which PREVIOYSLY I could access no problem. When " assistant manager "called me to book another service at $220 he was not listening to me trying to explain the difficulties ie that despite this being a repeated problem and already having paid to have this fixed it is still happening. I acknowledge it worked when the serviceman came out but that is the problem- it is INTERMITTENT. Kept talking over me, " mansplaining" that the access panel won't break if I try to pull open as "meant to be snug "when I have used this before no problems. So arrogant and not listening to what I was trying to say without constantly talking over me, rationalising they'd fixed it last time , ramping up my frustration and then
saying I was the one who was being difficult then hung up on me!!. This man may know how to service machines but an impatient "mansplainer" who talks over frustrated customers then hangs up on them should not be near a customer service position. I would like to speak to someone else in this company but he told me I couldn't because he's the " assistant manager" and there's no one else. That can not be true and I request someone else call me

If I could give Fujitsu Technical support a zero I would. They are by far the worst company in HVAC. In my 16 years doing this business, I have never dealt with a worse company. I have called their Tech Support Three times in my career with a total of 5 1/2 hours on hold waiting to hear back and I’ve never once heard back from a technical Support technician. Their product is garbage.

Das Unternehmen hat in meinem Fall als Privatkunde für einen Laptop nicht entsprechend seiner Darstellung reagiert. Es wurden weder der Fehler untersucht noch nachhaltig gehandelt. Eine wirtschaftlich, sinnvolle Reparatur- oder Weiterverwertungsmöglichkeit wurde nicht in Betracht gezogen. Der Schaden der mir dadurch, kurz nach Garantieablauf, entstanden ist beträgt mehr als den doppelten Anschaffungspreis. Deshalb rate ich Kleinanwendern von dieser Fa. ab!
