What has happened to one of my best favourite companies....

I have been a WomanWithin/Fullbeauty.com customer for over 30-years and have had very little trouble with them. On October 15, 2019, I placed an order for a coat. I didn't receive this order until the last week of November. What I received in this order was the coat plus what I didn't order....5 dresses....all identical....all the same size. I returned the dresses within the 60 day time frame from the date I received the order but, past the 60 day period from the date Customer Service says I received it. Yet a supervisor told me the dates received are wiped out of their computer after the 60 days so she could not give me an exact delivery date. I have received nothing informing me of this 60 day policy change and have returned items as long as 90 days after delivery in the past. I am now very concerned as to the reliability and trustworthiness of Fullbeauty.com. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with them... purchasing low cost items to buying two wedding dresses and many formals. They have now lost this customer over a $120.00 order I didn't make.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received a swim suit that was defective and didn’t realize until it was 5 days past the return window. (It was for a vacation so I didn’t wear it right away when I received it). I was told repeatedly by their customer service reps as well as a supervisor a canned script that stated nothing can be done. They won’t replace, refund, nothing. Now I’m stuck with a $60 suit that isn’t wearable. They don’t stand behind their products at all. BUYER BEWARE!

Not the same companies they used to be (sad)

I have been a Full Beauty brands customer for at least 15 years and have ordered a substantial amount of merchandise. I am also a Full Beauty shopper's club member and have Roamans, Woman Within and Full Beauty credit cards. In the beginning, if I ordered something on the Full Beauty website, I could use any full beauty coupon, so long as I was ordering merchandise sold by the coupon issuer......Their customer service was awesome; if I was trying to use an expired coupon, they would go in and adjust after the order had shipped. Good customer service was their top priority. However, that is a thing of the past...….currently, Full Beauty and its affiliate companies are extremely unforgiving and pretty much the answer is, "Oh, we don't do that anymore, sorry, but your coupon has expired". Their merchandise is shoddy for the price they charge, and the only way to justify a purchase is to use a coupon. You must go to the affiliate's website to use a coupon for that affiliate's merchandise. Further, they want you to buy a beauty club membership at each website to get preferred shipping. Their prices are too high for the quality of merchandise they sell; the only way to afford any of their merchandise is to use a coupon. Well, they will not have to worry about my business anymore. I will not subject myself to the aggravation of dealing with their customer service again! They are not the only internet shopping experience around.

Fullbeauty You have allowed the Demon comentiy bank to destroy your repretation

Be careful consumers in closing out your account with fullbeauty and woman within under the comenity bank. they will continue to bill you without your knowledge. you will end up with a large sum of money at the end without having purchasing one item. online shopping was ok until comenity bank took over their contract. Join me in closing out all your accounts that are under the name of comenity bank!

If I could give this place a zero star…

If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. This business has given me nothing but problems, since I placed an order with them. I saw a formal outfit in the Roaman's catalog that I really wanted. Full Beauty offered the same outfit at a much lower price. So, I ordered from Full Beauty. Full Beauty's shipping description clearly states that regular shipping will arrive in 7 -10 business days. I did not need the outfit for 4 weeks, so I decided on regular shipping. I got a confirmation email the same day I ordered. A week went by, they still had not shipped my order. I chatted with some guy online. He said that they were sending my gown via Fed Ex. Another week went by. My gown did not arrive. I called customer service. The rep placed me on hold while she went to check on it. After an hour and 15 minutes, the line was disconnected. I called back. Another rep said that she could send out a "replacement" order via Fed Ex. I said okay. The "replacement" order arrived in 3 days, sent via the post office - not Fed Ex. The replacement order I got was not the formal gown I had ordered. It was 3 t shirts and 2 pairs of jeans and underwear. All were charged to my card along with a charge for "overnight" shipping. The gown I had ordered was also charged to my card. I called back. Another customer service rep said they would credit the replacement order and send the gown that day overnight and refund the shipping cost I paid to send the gown. I got a package two days later, but it wasn't the gown I had ordered. They sent a winter coat, 3 bras, a pair of leggings, and 6 shirts ! The cost of which showed up on my card ! The cost was more than the gown I had ordered. Plus, they still hadn't credited my card for the replacement order or the gown's shipping ! I called customer service back and asked to talk to a manager. I was sent to someone's voice mail. I left a message. No one called back. I called again. That time, I was assured the credits to my card would be made and that the gown would be sent right away. They provided a tracking number for the gown. When the package arrived, it was huge. Far bigger than it should of been for the gown. Inside was - not kidding- boots, 5 shirts , 8 pairs of pants, a swim suit, 2 night gowns, a sweater, 2 skirts, a purse, a pair of men's work boots, 3 men's shirts, and over a dozen pairs of under panties ! All of the items plus shipping were charged to my card !!! Plus, none of the credits that they were supposed to make to my card were made ! Close to $500 was charged to my card for stuff I didn't even order ! When I went to buy another outfit at Roaman's to wear in place of the gown I had ordered and did not get, my card was declined ! When I called, I found out Full Beauty had charged even more stuff to my account ! Every few days after that, I got packages from them will all sorts of stuff I never ordered. (None of the packages contained the gown) Now, every time I call , they say they won't credit my card unless I send the stuff back . They refuse to pay for return shipping and shipping materials ! THIS PLACE SUCKS.

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a large order and I had a couple of things to return/exchange. There were issues with exchanging for a higher cost!!! They if I couldn't wait until after I left for vacation in 2 weeks to receive the order, I would need to pay $7.99 for expedited shipping! I spoke with a "supervisor" too. This was my first order and my last!

Shipping can be very slow

Shipping can be very slow but you can get some good buy on clothes for larger women. Some of their products are staples in my closet. Of all of the companies that sell large clothes I do almost all of my business with them.

I recently ordered over $300 worth of clothes from full beauty and they just got here today! They shipped quickly and were delivered quickly. Everything fit like A glove and I couldn't be happier. Plus most items were on sale! Definitely would but from again!

I have ordered from this company for…years.

I have ordered from this company for several years. Previous I have found them to be easy to work with, and they did everything they could to help. Recently, when I returned items, they started to refuse them. They changed the return policy, without telling anyone, and it is now timed. They have just sent back some things that were mailed in the correct time period, and wrote they were damaged. How can they be damaged when they were never worn? The times I have contacted them lately, they either act like they can't figure out what I mean, or they ignore it altogether. I returned several items in the late fall that I never got credit for. So, I bought several hundred dollars worth of clothes, returned them, and they kept the money instead of refunding it. I just got some back that have the damage issue. I still have to deal with that. I am not buying from them again. I don't care if I have to pay 2-3 times more some where else. I would rather have the option to have decent customer service and an honest company that does not bilk you.

Happy Repeat Customer, purchase with confidence

I have ordered at least a dozen times from this company over a period of at least 5 years and have always been very pleased with the shipping time, pricing, and quality of clothing I have received. This company sells from many different manufacturers, including Woman Within, Romans, Ellos, Chelsea Studio, Sketchers, Jessica London and Big and Tall for Men just to name a few. I read all the reviews, as well as the fiber content before ordering so I can be sure the clothing is going to fit correctly, and be a comfortable, easy to launder material. I usually purchase when they have good sales, which is quite often, and have never had a reason to return, so I cannot rate on their customer service in that manner, but I do know that there are always return receipts/stickers in my parcel should that need arise.

I should have trusted all those bad reviews

I've been waiting for these swim shorts since January. Was not notified they were on backorder until I contacted fullbeauty in February. I was told they would ship out in the beginning of March. Now at the end of march I still did not have shipment notification so I came to check my order. Someone cancelled it after I called in February. I was never notified. I never asked them to cancel my order. I've never seen worse customer service for a company in my life. I also posted this review on the fullbeauty website, but I'm sure it will be taken down quickly.

Called customer service b4 placing an order to inquire about returns for an item to be purchased for a Christmas gift. We would be out of the country for the holiday and the return, if necessary, may not be returning to them until late January. "Not a problem sir." the customer service rep told me and so I placed my order. The item was too short and my wife wasn't too impressed so we returned it. Full Beauty sent it back to me and said sorry, your return was too late in coming back there is nothing we can do about it. Item was worn only to try on and returned shortly upon our return to the states. These guys stink.

Poor fullfillment and customer service

I have made several purchases over the years and have just received my 3rd incorrect order. Each time this happens, I have to go to the trouble of repacking the wrong item and driving to the post office to send it back.
By the time they accept it, the item I ordered is unavailable. Customer service does nothing to help and assumes no responsibility. Very dissatisfied and will not be shopping with them anymore. It's not worth the hassle.

Customer service mind numbingly incompetent.

If you want an experience in mind numbing, frustrating stupidity just try returning an international order to Full Beauty! The website says for a flat fee of $20 I-Parcel will handle both the merchandise refund as well as the duty and tax refund. Merchandise refunds will be issued within 30 days of confirmation of return and duties and taxes will be issued within 60 days. First of all, nothing happens until you contact Full Beauty to remind them that the 30 days are up and that you'd like your refund now but the real fun begins when you try to recover duty and taxes. I-Parcel says "they don't do that" and when you cite them Full Beauty's refund policy they tell you to go talk to them. So you talk to Full Beauty and they send you back to I-Parcel. I finally had to have my credit card company initiate a charge back because I could prove that written policies were not being honored. Then I took to social media and only then did I get Full Beauty's attention. Over the course of the next month I could not make them understand that I-Parcel was not honoring the refund process they were promoting on their website. Every time I tried I'd get the same cut and paste recital of their refund policy until I was screaming at my computer screen. I don't know whether their customer service people don't understand English or are just too indifferent to care how inappropriate their responses are. The last straw was I-Parcel finally giving me my duty and tax refund but admonishing me by saying this was "a one time courtesy transaction" and that they don't normally do this. I don't know what the problem is between these two companies but neither seems to care about the customer so I am done with both. Full Beauty, as much as I like their products, will never see me again and I will never again buy from any company that uses I-Parcel on the off chance that I may have to return something and be put through this ridiculously unprofessional fiasco again.

This company is dishonest

This company is dishonest.
I bought a coat for my Daughter for Christmas.
It did not fit so I returned it.
Three months later I see that they have turned me over to the collections
for 107.00. When I finally was able to reach the company, it it wasn't easy, I was told that the charges were " Fees" Currently disputing the charges and I have contacted the Attorney General.
Save your money, your credit score and your time.
This is a terrible company to buy from.

Be careful not to pay with Paypal! In spite of bragging about free returns all over their site, if you pay with Paypal, not only are you ineligible for exchanges, but they hit you with a $7.50 fee for returns! The clothes are nice, and anyone I spoke to at customer service has bent over backwards to try and help me, but I don't love the complicated website, lots of codes for discounts, but hard to figure out your best deal, and when you think you have it, you apply the code and it only works on some items, based on which company they come from...confusing

Customer Service is horrible

Customer Service is horrible! Reward certificates invalid multiple times..no one on either the customer service (sales) side or the credit card side has any idea of what they are doing by phone, email or chat. By email I get the same message to call in every time. When you call in they bounce you back and forth from customer service/sales reps to credit card reps and every time I chat online I get the same goofy guy who has no idea what he is doing. Too many calls and chats to count and the problems never get fixed....I am finally done! Too bad because I like their clothes. Disappointing.I have another review for fullbeauty on here but after trying to fix an issue for the final time last night I thought another one was needed.

I love the purchases I have received from Full Beauty...shipping questionable

I have been using full beauty for over a year and can say for the most part most of the items I have received are great...my problem is the delivery....if you are not home the post office will leave the package outside....for the amount of money you spend for shipping and handling this is not sitting well with me....the prices for full figure items (that are sometimes fashionable) is mind blowing...I have several pieces that I just love and each time I wear them the compliments are off the chart...it is unsettling to come home to find my purchases left outside for anyone to steal or for the weather to damage...you need to do something about this....otherwise I love shopping at this site...
