I’ve been a client of Full Grip Ecom for almost a year, and my experience with their Etsy automation service has been excellent.

The onboarding process was smooth, structured, and efficient. Everything was clearly explained, and I was given detailed guidance and instruction manuals that made the setup straightforward. A Costly and Painful Experience from the Start
My experience with fullgripecom.com and Anri’s team was a complete disaster from the outset. I invested over $30,000 into what I was led to believe would be a successful and professionally managed ETSY store. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite.

Almost immediately, issues arose with how the store was being run. ETSY issued several warnings about non-compliant practices. I brought these concerns directly to Anri and his team, specifically asking them to correct the issues pointed out by ETSY. Not only did they fail to resolve them, they directly went against both my wishes and ETSY’s guidelines. As a result, the store was permanently shut down.

I never saw a single dollar in return from my investment. Instead, the team offered me the option to try eBay, as if my original business and capital could be casually redirected. It felt like the focus was never on building a lasting business, but rather on collecting my investment and moving on.

What followed was a long, exhausting battle just to recover my money. It took persistence, pressure, and stress to get any resolution at all. The customer service throughout this process was defensive and dismissive, not at all what I expected after such a large investment.

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. Based on my experience, they are not equipped to protect your interests or run a sustainable store. The entire process felt careless and transactional, with no real accountability.

There may be success stories out there, but mine is a warning: proceed with extreme caution.

The Etsy store they were running for me received multiple warnings from Etsy for violating platform policies. I directly asked the team to bring the store into compliance. Instead, they continued with the same practices, ignoring both Etsy’s rules and my instructions. Predictably, the account was permanently banned shortly afterward. Despite their advertised refund guarantee, I was denied a refund.

I later discovered multiple other clients reporting the exact same experience:
- Store banned due to Full Grip’s methods.
- No earnings at all.
- Refunds denied, despite written guarantees.
- Standard replies like “we couldn’t find your account in our system” repeated under nearly every negative review.

By now it’s clear to me that this company operates on a high-risk, high-churn model, using polished marketing to bring in new investors, delivering questionable services, and offering little to no accountability once problems arise.

If you’re reading this and considering investing in an “automated Etsy store” or working with Anri and Full Grip Ecom; I strongly advise you to think again.

They may have success stories (real or manufactured), but the number of people losing significant amounts of money without any resolution should be a massive red flag.

I have just crossed 250 Sales today. They are selling high priced product on my store upwards of 100$ each item. Sales are slightly slow but the High profit Margin ratio of almost 50 percent is doing the trick so far.
