We can not fault Louis Taylor and his team, from the very beginning he was helpful and informative keeping us up to date throughout the process.

I had a satisfactory experience with Full Metal Finance. They were efficient and professional overall, though not exceptional. Louis was helpful and responsive, and the process was straightforward. While I appreciated the quick turnaround on my initial quote, there’s room for improvement in terms of personalization and service depth. Decent, but not outstanding.
