I bought 2 expensive animatronic Halloween props and they are unbelievable quality for the money, arrived very quickly via FedEx, and was a great company to deal with. I'll definitely be a repeat customer

No return, no exchange, that too when I paid 8 pounds extra for the delivery charges within UK. I had ordered a wonder women blazer that is not true to size, and much bigger. I asked for a return or exchange but was refused. The product itself was around 50 pounds, the quality isn’t great. Only thing good was the styling of DC. Overall terrible experience.

US Company who don't care! AVOID!!!

Ordered 24/8/23 - paid for 'Parcel Priority Saver' with promise that 'Your order will arrive by Monday, October 2!'.

On the 3rd of October - they write to say at time of order there was a stock miscount and ordered item isn't available.

So .... you waited until AFTER delivery from US to UK was over due BEFORE reaching out to tell me I was going to be disappointed. It's kinda ok that they made an error on stock BUT the delay in notifying is inexcusable.

Wasn't made clear it was US based firm - so I could easily have been stuck with customs bills and delays if they'd actually shipped what I ordered.

J'ai commandé avant d'avoir vu toutes ces mauvaises critiques, et alors que je m'attendais au pire, j'ai reçu mon colis en France venant des usa en seulement 5 jours (record battu) ! Et le produit (pull de Freddy Krueger) en parfaite et due forme, exactement comme sur les photos. Je ne mets pas en doute ceux qui ont eu une mauvaise expérience avec eux mais pour ma part, je leur dis : BRAVO et MERCI ! Juste une chose, vu que les produits viennent tous des usa et que les prix sont les mêmes sur le site américain mais en dollars, commandez directement sur le site américain. J'ai perdu 10 euros au change mais bon, mon pull du cauchemar sur Elm street est parfait :)

Absolutely awful customer service!

My order wasn’t sent in the time frame of what I paid for shipping and they have them tried to pin the blame on me and the delivery driver saying I wasn’t in when they attempted to deliver when it clearly states on the tracking emails that actually the parcel got delayed,

Not only did I not get my shipping fee back I also haven’t managed to speak to someone who can actually write a email properly!

Never using this site again definitely don’t recommend it! Thank god the product is actually perfectly fine but everything else about it is not worth the stress and hassle!

This company is absolutely ridiculous you order from a UK site and it then orders your stuff from usa and having to pay £20 for delivery and waiting since the 7th July and I'm still waiting to receive my goods on the 27th July and keep getting give one excuses then another then another unwilling to try and help me so having to claim by money back from my bank as from tomorrow i would avoid at all costs they a completely useless waste of space

After seeing the bad reviews I felt compelled to write about our purchase. The website is legitimate and whilst it should be made clear this is a US website rather than UK we got everything we ordered. Ordered Monday evening and arrived Thursday morning the same week! All the merch is official and whilst our funko pop got a little squished, you can understand as the package has been overseas and flown over. Overall very pleased and will order again!

What ever you do don’t ever order from this company , I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it and they are refusing to give me a refund .

Sketchy company. That charges an 18% restocking fee?

Ordered 4 funko pop heads, paid for express delivery and got them delivered two days ahead of estimated delivery date which is fantastic. Outer box completely intact, boxes of pop heads were pristine and well wrapped. No complaints here! Very happy and would order from here again.

Despite some poor reviews here I ordered a Funko Pop Rocks figure from the US and it arrived in three days, in perfect condition. Can't fault the service.

Poor customer service. Sent funko pop damage ( as other items were fine in the box and outer box was also fine and then tried to clam they don't guarantee items arrived in perfect condition as they are not a collectors site. This is crap as they mainly sell collectors items, plus if you buy something new you expect it in new condition. Plenty of other better sites out there for your geek stuff.

Ordered two funko pops . They came without sufficient protection so I wanted a refund. Emailed requesting this and heard no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shocking customer service .

Stay away from this company. I ordered a shoe rack and they’ve sent me wooden chop sticks and a spoon! Absolutely disgusting robbing b*******!! I have email them so waiting on a response, if they do not refund me I will be letting my bank know. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, absolutely gobsmacked!!

Avoid this dodgy company.

Ordered a Home Alone hat as a present, usual 'One size' sizing for hats is shown on the listing.
Turns out its a kids size!
18% restocking fee - not sure that's even legal.
And as it wasn't a Xmas present, was actually for a birthday in Jan, the item can't be returned because even though their sizing listing on the website isn't correct, they won't accept the return.
Exact same with a pair of slippers - measured the person's shoes vs the measurement given on the fun.co.uk website, the slippers should have fit easily. Instead they're far too small, again they're more like kids size (womens shoe size 4 is 23.6cm, the website lists the medium as 23cm length - but it was about 3-4cm too short).

Just do not trust their item measurements at all - nor their customer service, where you'll be charged an illegal fee even on a return that is within your statutory rights under UK distance selling regulations.

Sent me a damaged funko pop ( all the back dented & rip to the top) they said that’s just wear and tear & will do nothing about it. It’s far from wear and tear it almost looks like it was punched before packaging it was that bad, avoids this company like the plague.

Do not use this company i ordered a blanket for a christmas gift and paid for express shipping total of £41.95 and received a pair of plastic sunglasses i am a pensioner and dont usually ourchase online no correspondence or aknowledgment in regards to the correct order will be speaking to trading standards shameful

Excellent service, previously brought Funkos via the supplier. Recently brought again for Christmas, arrived perfectly on time from states. Excellent delivery tracking.

I highly recommend

Customer service responded under an hour and refund was processed immediately by my bank.
