Ordered a Funko Pop! Have never seen a beat up item like it in my life. Having complained, got a smug reply. Had to get a refund though PayPal.

I ordered a parcel from there and it has taken over a month to get here and when it got here, Royal Mail couldn’t actually deliver it because it has a customs charge of £16.50 which on top of already paying £40 for products and now have to pay an extra £16.50 on top. When checking out there was no clear indicator that there was a customs charge and it also says that their website is a UK website and so why am I getting a customs charge, knowing that I am ordering from a “UK” website .... AVOID this company! They are unacceptable and bad customer service

Received some Funko cans that had all been opened and resealed to the point they burnt the top of a funkos head. All so they can keep hold of their chases not a trustworthy store at all

All reciew here is fake i think the shipping lines fault. But if you order in us its good they alway sending notes and the quality is good 5 star is good for this site. Not site is legit all are scam

Ordered without realising that the items came from america but arrived when they said they would although I did pay over £20 delivery but was expected due to my order weighing over 8kg. One item was damaged and was damaged prior to sending as the parcel was was immaculate, I tried to message them but the system is rubbish and I dont expect a response.

Awful delivery timescales and rude live chat colleagues wish I hadn't bothered as cost £4 for delivery

Ordered xmas sweater for 48 pounds plus 10 pounds shipping, from what it seemed uk based company. I live in The Netherlands so also European Union. Nowhere before, during or after placing my order I was informed about any additional costs. Then when the package arrived I had to pay 30 euros import taxes cause it was shipped from the usa. They never mentioned this. Contacting customer service was a disaster. Had a chat with them but zero understanding from their site. Had no choice than to pay cause had I sent it back i would only have been refunded part of my paid money.
Never ever ordering again here.

I returned a few items I bought without touching the packaging, and sent it back according to instructions. It's now over 3 weeks, and after 3 emails I have not heard anything from anyone, with no refund given to me at all. This is theft.

Buyer Beware -Order not received, tried to track it and the website gives you an error without any information.Tried to contact FUN via the information they provide on their website and none of them work.

Tried to track the parcel with FedEx and the parcel doesn't exist.

Very disappointed and a complete scam, skeptical of those who have replied saying they have received their order and given it 5 stars.

Read the reviews on here after ordering so was a bit worried. Order arrived exactly when it was meant to. Ordered and delivered from USA in 3 days, perfect condition can't fault the service.

Awful company, would never use them again. I go out of my way to not order from the US if I can help it as we incur customs charges on top of the postage in the UK. I was searching for a particular Christmas costume for my small fancy dress shop as a customer had asked for it. Most suppliers I found were based in the US so I avoided them. Until I found Fun.co.uk. I went through the ordering process, clicked on the shipping amount (£4.99), went through and placed the order. At no point was it made clear at all that it would be coming from the US. If it had at any point during the ordering process I would have cancelled and tried to find somewhere else here. But no, it showed everything as if it was based here and as well as the postage charge being pretty normal for the UK, the delivery time of 3-10 days was too. I had absolutely no reason to think that this item would be coming from anywhere other than this country.
So what happens, the postman delivers a customs slip to me today and I will now have to pay an extra customs charge of nearly £17 on top of the costume cost and postage. JUST what I was trying to avoid. On contacting their customer service to complain about this, all I am getting is the usual standard, rehearsed replies you get from this sort of thing and trying to tell me that they display this information at checkout. Even after I sent them a screenshot of what I see this end, they still tried to tell me otherwise. But no, they won't budge. And no understanding of my grievance. I am a very small business, struggling to get by at a time when our high streets are suffering. Extra, unexpected charges like this are really not what I need.
So I would highly recommend people avoid using this company. And judging by some of the other reviews I've read, I'm not the only one.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Appalling customer service. Items arrived damaged and they refused to refund or allow me to return them. If you're buying pop vinyls beware the boxes are trashed, I'd advise you to stick with pop in a box. They have no idea regarding consumer laws. Complete scam company- buyer definitely beware!

Do not use this company! Exactly as an earlier review said. Problems at Heathrow!
The customer service is dreadful. I ordered on 10th October thinking this was plenty of time for Halloween. I was told a delivery date of 23rd October. When this came and went I queried it and was again told 23rd. Had a live chat with Amy B who said the delivery wasn’t guaranteed and there was a problem at Heathrow, try ringing them! No number was given. Can you imagine ringing Heathrow and asking Where’s my Halloween outfit?! There’s a morning you wouldn’t get back! Don’t waste your time. Con site, Don’t waste your time or money. Goods didn’t arrive due to an “ incident “ at Heathrow airport that I apparently have to Google !!!! Thought I was ordering from a uk site, it’s not. I’ve been told I can’t get a refund because they’ve carried out their promise.

Love my order and my pop vinyl was slightly damaged and was give 35% back as a refund. Also managed to get 15% of my first order. Definitely would recommend and live chat agents are fantastic help and very helpful. I will definitely will be shopping at fun again and fast delivery, also no import fee too.

Charge 15% restocking fee for returns which isnt clearly displayed! would have given 0 starts if it was an option

Couldn't even place my order, after spending a good 15 minutes ploughing through a clunky website with unclear sizing and irritating forms containing dropdown menus without correct address options. Finally got to payment and it continued to ask me to select my method of payment - which I repeatedly did - until I got fed up after selecting it about 6 times ... and gave up.

I ordered for the first time, I didn’t realise it was coming all the way from the US, I kept tracking my ordered and i read the bad reviews so I never thought it was gonna be here on time (17th Dec) or even be delivered at all. But I was surprised it was delivered the day it said, I ordered it Friday and was here on Monday. The two things I ordered am very happy with in very good condition to. I will differently be ordering again if I need to.

I ordered from this company before reading the reviews, and to be honest I felt a bit sick after I'd read them, as the item I ordered wasn't cheap! However, it arrived in perfect condition via UPS, with no import charges.

My one niggle is that I paid for it to be delivered on the 14th, and it arrived on the 17th. The company REALLY need a U.K.-based contact centre too - the co.uk address is misleading, and having to call the States to chase up an order is hassle that nobody needs.

All in all, I'm happy with the service and would buy from them again, but only if the item I wanted was hard to find elsewhere.

Avoid, scam artist!!
Purchased 12 Halloween costumes at £30 add the cost of shipping and taxes they worked out at £40 each, they arrived 2 days later (which is hard to work out if there meant to be shipped from the U.S) they weren’t what we wanted so sent them back, they have refunded me a meagre £88!! How is this possible when I spent nearly £500 with them? Yes take the 18% restocking fee into consideration that means they’ve given me £7.70 back for each costume that cost £40!!
How they can get away with this is beyond me and we are now seeking legal advice. There is no uk phone number even thou it’s a .co.uk website!
Avoid like the plague!!
