Joined fun casino. Deposited no problem a few times withdrew no problem then tried withdraw 40 got asked for id. I asked why id wasn't asked at joining but the customer service is disgraceful same answer over and over. Terms and conditions. Won't send me my 40 pounds yet I've read a company can't ask for id on withdrawal if they didn't on joining. Unless I read that wrong.

Was willing to let me deposit over £500 withouutt the needed to verify the account after winning a small off of 50poounds decided to withdraw and was been asking to verify my account. When you go onto their live chat they just ask you for more proof of who you are.

I’m really disappointed. I have been with Fun Casino for around a year now and don’t play it often: first withdrawal I had no issues however, this time it’s been a nightmare. I’ve won £800 which I have withdrawn but am still waiting for following sending the relevant documents they requested. I then received an email saying that my documents have been verified and should have my withdrawal within 24 hours. Safe to say it’s been 24 hours and no money. Speaking to the chat has been cancelled frustrating as even though I have had that email they are saying the info is wrong and I have to wait 48hours for verification and then 24 hours for withdrawal to be processed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Quick enough to take deposits but when comes to paying winnings it’s a different story!
