Impressive timekeeping and project management program. Great functionality and reporting that can be customized. We love that we can also see the status of projects and team members in real time.
Overall, Function Fox has been a great addition to our company. The tool is incredibly responsive, user-friendly and customizable which were 3 key traits we were looking for in a tool. Additionally, the support is pretty quick to respond and are pleasant to work with. The only potential issue I see is some clarity around how some things work and terminology; sometimes it's not as intuitive to alter certain settings or features. Other than that, it's a great tool and completely adequate especially for the value you get with low cost.
I started using FunctionFox more than eight years ago when I launched my PR agency and I remember wondering at the time if I would get my money's worth from it. Looking back I can say: I never should have wondered for a second! It's given me the tools to keep track and therefore to bill clients appropriately. The reporting tool alone lets me quickly see where I am in terms of billable hours each month, and now that I have staff, I can review where they are spending their time on projects. In terms of customer support, after three years I was wondering how to run a report in a new way, so I sent a quick e-mail question in. They responded in 10 minutes and walked me through the report set up. It's great knowing I can call on a company like that.
