The characterization of this firm as a scam while misrepresenting the facts of your own case is not something we will leave unanswered.
Your account upgrade was not denied for a trivial reason and the questions asked during your verification call were not unnecessary. The call was requested because our compliance team identified multiple IP address matches between your account and another user on our platform. Our IP policy is explicitly stated and publicly available. Your trading IP must not match or overlap with another users trading IP, Trader Area IP, or KYC IP on FTM. A match of this nature is not something we overlook.
We extended significant goodwill throughout this process. You did not respond to our initial outreach. You then postponed the call at the exact hour it was scheduled. We granted that postponement without question. You also requested that a Portuguese-speaking team member host the call to remove any language barrier. We accommodated that too. Every reasonable step was taken to give you a fair opportunity to explain your side of things.
On the call, you confirmed knowing the other user, describing them as your mentor. When asked whether this person had ever purchased an account on your behalf, traded on your account, or accessed your account on their device or vice versa, you denied everything. After the call our records confirmed that both accounts have matching Client IDs, which confirms with complete certainty that both accounts were accessed from each other's devices. The denials made on the call were directly contradicted by the evidence on record.
This is a violation of our IP rules and our account sharing policy, both of which are transparently documented. You are the one in violation of the contract, not us. We caught this at the upgrade stage rather than at the point of a performance reward request, which is actually the better outcome for you.
A full compliance report was sent to you outlining exactly why the upgrade could not proceed. We also offered a full refund of your purchase fee as a final gesture of goodwill, which you have not yet provided a wallet address for. Instead of responding to that, you came here.
