Received an approved loan for $1000.00, on a holiday weekend and 5 days later after multiple calls, still no money in the bank. Confirmed account information is correct, received loan documents and the only thing they kept saying on the call is "sorry for the inconvience, there is an investigation in there processing department because a few of their clients didn't receive their loan funds so I am not the only one, but if I don't receive them by today, call tomorrow, (saying that for 3 days now) but yet I keep getting email responses that the money has been sent to my bank. What kind of shenanigans is going on here at Funding Falcons????

i would not even leave a 1 star if i did not have to. This company has shut down and taken my money. i paid an annual fee for funding for students to fund their education and they have closed with no warning and are un reachable. I have tried to call and sent several emails which have been ignored

Just wanted to say that I quit this company a year ago and they mistreated/took advantage of me.

I would contact the Financial Ombudsman Service if they've essentially scammed you out of your money & are using their 'contracts' to deny you financial recompense - the law trumps unfair contracts.

Just read the last 7 reviews and it seems to be exactly the same thing, they took £1440 from my company account (£1200 + VAT), then a month after they send me a letter with some bogus reason why they can't continue offering me the IAR Agreement service. I then called them to say 'fine, can I have my money back' the lady I spoke to on the phone (Kim) said she will let accounts know and refund will be actioned. That was on April 12 2023. This morning I have called and automated voicemail says to send email, that felt sketchy so I went on their website and it says ''Funding Falcon is now permanently closed''

So as of April 28 this year, which was the last correspondence I had with them, they were already lying to people prior from what I can see from the Trust Pilot reviews, what a SCAM! We are not a huge company so every penny counts.

How the FCA authorized this company is beyond me, even the email given when you call is not working as it bounces back.

I have forwarded your request over to the accounts team, who will look into actioning the refund for you, and get back to you within 10 working days, no later than 1st May.

Due to the regulated changes introduced by the FCA, a lot of our IAR’s have unfortunately been negatively impacted, and although our hands are tied as to the regulatory requirements we must adhere to, I can assure you we are doing everything we can to facilitate our IAR’s as much as possible at this time.

We will be back in touch with more information on your request soon, in the meantime if you have any further question please do get in touch.''

Don't use this company.
We have open an account in January, we have paid the year fee. After the payment, our adviser disappeared, we send hundreds of email and we never heard anything back for months. Very disappointed.
DON'T USE THEM AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!

Falcon Finance recently took us on as a client, pocketed the money and before we could even use their financing facilities, they sent us a generic letter withdrawing our membership! They are unable to refund the money as they have financial difficulties!!! Blatant scam!

AVOID at all costs!!!
They sent us a letter advising that they can no longer provide finance service to our business. We have paid a yearly membership, and was with them only 2 months. Today we have received an email advising they are not able to give us a refund due to Ts&Cs for the 10 months remaining. We have not even used them for finance…
Tried to ring them today - but automated message advised that lines are busy and just hang up.
When I spoke to sales person: useless - I was advised to send another email, and there is no one to speak to.
£1200 down the drain.

Just had the same experience as James Horgan. This seems really suspicious. I phoned them pretending to be a new customer and questioned them and they insist they aren't going bankrupt.

This seems like a common tactic and needs looking into. I'll be talking to the FCA etc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent us 1 email asking us to complete a form within 7 days. The email was missed and they sent us another email terminating our membership and they would not refund our annual membership that we have just paid. Very unhelpful and a rip off

The products they offer just aren't up to scratch and during our 12 months with them, not one customer took up to the offer of finance from them, this was due to the process being cumbersome and when compared to finance or funding available elsewhere, expensive. Id think long and hard before you sign up to see if it suits your business model.

Funding Falcon are a disgrace, They lie to you to get you to sign up with them. The APR they get you is always above 50%and none of your customers will accept, Rogue company i wouldnt even rate then one star...

To move forward with the application could you please send over a copy of your photo ID (Driving Licence or Passport) and the last 3 months of your bank statements at your earliest convenience.

There after i was requested to send in a further 6mths of statements from another 2-4accounts; after calling that was reduced to 3mths. I walked away. I was asked for less information for a 22k Ford Puma @ 0% finance. Avoid IMHO.

Needed to borrow 2k.
Applied which took around 5 mins, was approved immediately and the funds in bank within 10 mins!!! I was shocked to be honest but excellent

Paul has been extremely helpful right from my first phone call with Funding Falcon. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He has then guided me through the process and kept me informed as the what was happening. Super service.

Straightforward and simple application, the company were the best rates from all available. Quick payment.

From the very first call to the existing help that is still provided, I cannot fault Funding Falcon. The whole experience was made incredibly easy and user friendly and I am now excited to be able to offer our customers another feature to our company.
